本发明的过滤旋风分离装置,包括过滤筒和过滤筒盖,所述过滤筒中间设有一道过滤筒腔管,所述过滤筒腔管和过滤筒的筒壁之间通过支撑连接,所述过滤筒下部设有用于啮合的凸起,所述过滤筒盖为环形圆筒,其环形中间部位设有间隔的旋风分离片,每两个旋风分离片之间形成旋风腔,过滤筒盖内壁上设有用于啮合的凹槽,所述凹槽和凸起啮合在一起。本发明使色选机空气中的灰尘或粉尘过滤掉,清理快捷方便。

过滤旋风分离装置
技术领域
本发明涉及色选机设备领域,具体是一种过滤旋风分离装置。
背景技术
随着色选机技术的迅猛发展,色选机的应用领域也越来越广泛,现有技术中,旋风分离器也被称为旋涡分离器、旋风过滤器或者离心力分离器,它们用于将在流体中所包含的固态的或者液态的微粒分离出来。流入到旋风腔中的流体如此得到引导,使得离心力使有待从流体中分离出来的微粒向外得到加速并且将其输送给相应的旋风腔的微粒排出孔口。为了产生离心力而使用具有导向叶片的导向装置或者导向器,所述导向叶片在所述相应的旋风腔的腔管的内部产生涡流。每个旋风分离器都具有至少一个微粒出口,以便所分离出来的微粒可以从所述旋风分离器中出来。为了支持所述微粒从所述旋风分离器中排出,借助于抽吸机构用负压来抽吸处于所述微粒出口处的微粒。为此可以设置风机、泵或者喷射器。由此还进一步改进分离程度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种过滤旋风分离装置。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
过滤旋风分离装置,包括过滤筒和过滤筒盖,所述过滤筒中间设有一道过滤筒腔管,所述过滤筒腔管和过滤筒的筒壁之间通过支撑连接,所述过滤筒下部设有用于啮合的凸起,所述过滤筒盖为环形圆筒,其环形中间部位设有间隔的旋风分离片,每两个旋风分离片之间形成旋风腔,过滤筒盖内壁上设有用于啮合的凹槽,所述凹槽和凸起啮合在一起。
本发明的有益效果:本发明使色选机空气中的灰尘或粉尘过滤掉,清理快捷方便。

如图1所示,本发明的目的在于提供一种过滤旋风分离装置,包括过滤筒和过滤筒盖,所述过滤筒中间设有一道过滤筒腔管,所述过滤筒腔管和过滤筒的筒壁之间通过支撑连接,所述过滤筒下部设有用于啮合的凸起,所述过滤筒盖为环形圆筒,其环形中间部位设有间隔的旋风分离片,每两个旋风分离片之间形成旋风腔,过滤筒盖内壁上设有用于啮合的凹槽,所述凹槽和凸起啮合在一起。

1.过滤旋风分离装置,包括过滤筒(1)和过滤筒盖(2),其特征在于,所述过滤筒(1)中间设有一道过滤筒腔管(5),所述过滤筒腔管(5)和过滤筒(1)的筒壁之间通过支撑(4)连接,所述过滤筒(1)下部设有用于啮合的凸起(7),所述过滤筒盖(2)为环形圆筒,其环形中间部位设有间隔的旋风分离片(3),每两个旋风分离片之间形成旋风腔,过滤筒盖(2)内壁上设有用于啮合的凹槽(6),所述凹槽(6)和凸起(7)啮合在一起。
