Claims (7)
- 移動するガス流からエアロゾル及び/又は湿った可溶性固形物を除去するために用いられる繊維床型ミスト分離器用の繊維床組立体であって、
ミスト分離器内の空間を、上流側空間及び下流側空間に分離する壁を備える繊維床支持体であって、上記壁は、ガス流が上流側空間から下流側空間に該壁を通過できるようにする開口を備える繊維床支持体、
繊維床支持体によって支持されるとともに、ガス流が上流側空間から下流側空間に移動して通過するように、上記壁の開口を覆う繊維床であって、捕集繊維媒体及び該捕集繊維媒体の下流側に配置された排出媒体を備え、該繊維床は、上端及び下端を備える管の形状であるとともに、下流側空間は、管状繊維床の内部に少なくとも部分的に配置されている繊維床、並びに
管状繊維床内部の下流側空間に少なくとも部分的に配置されるとともに、繊維床支持体の壁と交差する方向に延びる再飛散液体捕集要素であって、ガス流を、該ガス流が繊維床を通過する方向と平行でない方向に、内部空間から該再飛散液体捕集要素を通過させるようになっている再飛散液体捕集要素
を有する繊維床組立体。 - 再飛散液体捕集要素は、管状繊維床の上端と下端との間に配置されていて、繊維床を下流側空間へと通過するガス流の一部は、次いで再飛散液体捕集要素を通過するが、繊維床を下流側空間へと通過するガス流の一部は、再飛散液体捕集要素を決して通過しないようになっている、請求項1に記載の繊維床組立体。
- 再飛散液体捕集要素は、管状繊維床内の、使用時のガス流速が213メートル/分未満である位置に配置される、請求項1に記載の繊維床組立体。
- 再飛散液体捕集要素は、メッシュパッド及びバッフル板装置の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1に記載の繊維床組立体。
- 再飛散液体捕集要素は、使用時のガス流速が457メートル/分未満である位置に配置される、請求項1に記載の繊維床組立体。
- 繊維床は、捕集繊維媒体の上流側のフィルタ前媒体を備え、該フィルタ前媒体は、捕集繊維層、及び捕集繊維媒体と捕集繊維層との間に配置されている排出媒体を有していて、
捕集繊維層は、捕集繊維材ストリップにより形成されており、排出媒体は、捕集繊維材ストリップにより捕集された液体を排出するために、隣接する捕集繊維材ストリップ間において繊維床の上流側に露出されている、請求項1に記載の繊維床組立体。 - 捕集繊維材ストリップは、該捕集繊維材ストリップの1つが該捕集繊維材ストリップの隣接する1つと重なり合う重複領域を画定するように配置される、請求項6に記載の繊維床組立体。
