Description
1.高い密度の粒子と液体の分離を可能にする遠心分離機
2.例えば5μm以上の大きい液滴の分離を可能にし、従って液体がコアレッサフィルタエレメントを突破するのを防ぐデミスタ
3.好ましくは液滴径5μ未満の極微エアロゾルの分離に用いるコアレッサフィルタエレメント
Claims (11)
- 流体混合物を処理するための装置であって、気体、特に水素(H2)、空気、窒素(N2)又は天然ガス、並びに液体、特にイオン液体、油圧油又は処理液を含む流体混合物を、液体分と残留液体分で汚染された気体分とに分離するための少なくとも1つの第1の分離段(29)を有しており、前記残留液体分が少なくとも1つの別の分離段(67)で気体分から除去される、流体混合物を処理するための装置。
- 第1の分離段として遠心分離機が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第2の分離段としてコアレッサフィルタ(67)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 全ての分離段(29、67)は1つの共通ハウジング(1)内に配置されており、前記1つの共通ハウジング(1)は流体混合物に対する入口(35)、液体から分離された気体分に対する出口(37)、並びに除去された液体を排出するための少なくとも1つの排出口(19、39)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記1つの共通ハウジング(1)は、垂直軸線(3)に沿って延びる中空室を有しており、前記中空室内に遠心分離機(29)が、その上に位置するコアレッサフィルタ(67)とその下に位置する分離された液体を収容するための集合室(15)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 遠心分離機(29)のサイクロンハウジング(31)の内壁(43)は、その集合室(15)と境を接する下端部で軸線(3)に対して同心的な管部材(47)との間に環状開口部(45)を限定しており、前記環状開口部(45)はサイクロンシリンダ(31)の軸線から遠い領域と集合室(15)との間の接続を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 管部材(47)の内室(53)はサイクロンシリンダ(31)の軸線に近い領域と集合室(15)の上側領域との間の接続の一部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- コアレッサフィルタ(67)は、内側のフィルタ中空室(77)を包囲するフィルタ材(73)を有し、集合室(15)の上側領域とコアレッサフィルタ(67)のフィルタ中空室(77)との間に接続流路(61)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- コアレッサフィルタ(67)は同心的な内管(79)を有しており、前記内管(79)はその上端部(81)でフィルタ材(73)の外側と境を接するハウジング(1)のスペース(9)内に開口し、その下端部で気体分に対するハウジング出口(37)に通じていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 集合室(15)の上端部とコアレッサフィルタ(67)の内側のフィルタ中空室(77)に通じる接続流路(61)との間に、第3の分離段としてデミスタ(65)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 集合室(15)の底部領域と排出口(19)との間に粒子フィルタ(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
