Description
Claims (9)
- 粒状媒体と液状媒体を分離するための濾過装置(25)と、
分離された液状媒体の液滴体積を拡大するための合体装置(29)と、
分離された液状媒体を結合するための吸着装置(15)として構成された捕集装置と、
少なくとも1個の分離エレメント(1)とを有する分離装置において、
前記各分離エレメント(1)は媒体通路を有していて、主軸線(3)を共軸に包囲する支持管(9、11)を備えたフィルタカートリッジの方式で形成されており、該支持管(9、11)の外側は前記合体装置(29)と前記濾過装置(25)とによって包囲されており、
前記支持管(9、11)の内部空間は、純化された気体を放出可能な上部流出室(7)と、前記吸着装置を形成する下部吸着室(15)とに区分されており、
前記支持管は、前記上部流出室(7)を前記下部吸着室(15)から隔離している中間部材(13)で互いに接続された共軸管部分(9、11)から組み立てられている、気体から不純物を分離するための分離装置。 - 該分離エレメント(1)は主軸線(3)を形成して、該主軸線(3)が垂直に向くようにハウジング内に受容可能であり、前記吸着装置(15)は、液状媒体が重力作用により前記合体装置(29)から前記吸着装置へ移行することを可能にする、前記分離エレメント(1)の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 純化される気体が分離エレメント(1)を外方から内側の流出室(7)に向って貫流する分離過程のために、前記支持管(9、11)は、外方から内方に向って、前記濾過装置(25)のプリーツ付き濾材によって、そして前記合体装置の一部を形成する排液層(29)によって包囲されており、該排液層(29)内では前記濾過装置(25)により分離された前凝固した液状媒体が液滴径を拡大しながら吸着室(15)の領域に向って下方へ沈降することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の分離装置。
- 前記濾材が繊維材料からなり、前記繊維材料が液状媒体の前凝固を生じさせることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- メッシュパックを形成するフィルタ構造(25)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記排液層(29)は金属製格子又は繊維材料層を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の分離装置。
- 前記吸着装置は、該吸着室(15)内において、親水性物質と親油性物質との混合物を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の分離装置。
- 前記吸着室(15)の充填物の親水性成分としての物質が設けられ、前記吸着室(15)の充填物の親油性成分としての物質が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の分離装置。
- 流出室(7)に付属している管部分(9)の外側に、流体を留置する障壁が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の分離装置。
