Abstract
複数の製氷小室と,製氷小室の間に溝状の流水路を設けた製氷皿に製氷皿を回転させた際に製氷皿に接触しない高さから水を給水した場合でも製氷皿から水をこぼすことなく均一に全ての製氷小室に行きわたらせることが可能で,製氷された氷が連結しない単独氷の製氷を可能とする自動製氷装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
複数の製氷小室と,製氷小室の中心から外れた位置に,製氷小室の間に底面が製氷する氷のサイズの上面より上側にある溝状の流水路を設けた製氷皿を流水路が下側になるように製氷皿を傾けて給水することで,水をこぼすことなく各製氷小室に水を行きわたらせること可能で,単独氷の製氷を可能としたことを特徴とする自動製氷装置。

Description
マイクロプロセッサ201からの制御信号によりモータ駆動回路202を経てモータ207を駆動させることで製氷皿102を回転させて離氷動作を行い,製氷皿102の各製氷小室103を確実に空の状態にした後,製氷皿102を前記水平位置に戻す。以上が本発明の自動製氷装置が製氷サイクルを開始する前までの準備動作の一例である。

Claims (10)
- 冷凍室の一画に設置することが可能な自動で氷を作り,排出することができ,且つ水を貯留し凍結させるための複数の製氷小室と,前記製氷小室の中心から外れた位置で前記製氷小室の間に底面が製氷する氷のサイズの上面より上側にある溝状の流水路を設けた製氷皿と,前記製氷皿を回転させる機構を有する自動製氷装置において,前記製氷皿に設けられた前記流水路が下側になるように前記製氷皿を傾けてから前記製氷皿に給水する動作を行うことを特徴とする自動製氷装置。
- 前記製氷皿もしくは氷の温度を連続的に検出できるセンサに加え,冷凍庫内の温度を検出できる温度センサと検出回路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動製氷装置。
- 前記センサから得られる信号の処理部が,ADコンバータとマイクロプロセッサもしくはADコンバータ内蔵のマイクロプロセッサを有する電子回路で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動製氷装置。
- 上下両面に前記製氷皿を設けた上下両面製氷皿の使用が可能な請求項1に記載の自動製氷装置。
- 冷凍室の一画に設置することが可能な自動で氷を作り,排出することができ,且つ水を貯留し凍結させるための複数の製氷小室と,前記製氷小室の中心から外れた位置で前記製氷小室の間に底面が製氷する氷のサイズの上面より上側にある溝状の流水路を設けた製氷皿と,前記製氷皿を回転させる機構を有する自動製氷装置において,給水により前記製氷小室に貯留した水の量に応じて前記製氷皿に設けられた前記流水路が下側になるように前記製氷皿の姿勢を変化させながら前記製氷皿に給水する動作を行うことを特徴とする自動製氷装置。
- 前記製氷皿の姿勢を連続的に変化させながら前記製氷皿に給水する動作を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動製氷装置。
- 前記製氷皿の姿勢を段階的に変化させながら前記製氷皿に給水する動作を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動製氷装置。
- 前記製氷皿もしくは氷の温度を連続的に検出できるセンサに加え,冷凍庫内の温度を検出できる温度センサと検出回路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動製氷装置。
- 前記センサから得られる信号の処理部が,ADコンバータとマイクロプロセッサもしくはADコンバータ内蔵のマイクロプロセッサを有する電子回路で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動製氷装置。
- 上下両面に前記製氷皿を設けた上下両面製氷皿の使用が可能な請求項5に記載の自動製氷装置。
