Abstract
【解決手段】超音波シール装置を用いた横シール機構において、円筒形状の包装フィルムを挟み込んで超音波ヒートシールを施す場合は、エアーレギュレータ92からの低いエアー圧力を選択するように電磁弁91を切り替え、円筒形状の包装フィルムを挟み込んだ状態のままで一つの包装袋分だけ下方に引き下ろす場合は、エアーレギュレータ93からの高いエアー圧力を選択するように電磁弁91を切り替える。

Claims (2)
- 幅の広い原反フィルムを一条若しくは複数条の包装フィルムにスリットした後、この一条若しくは複数条の包装フィルムを筒状にするフォーミング機構と、このフォーミングされた包装フィルムに対して縦シールして筒状の包装フィルムにする縦シール機構と、この筒状の包装フィルムに対して横シールして袋状の包装フィルムにすると共にこの包装フィルムを下方に搬送する横シール機構と、この袋状の包装フィルム内に被包装材料(内容物)を充填する充填機構と、この充填された袋状包装フィルムの充填口を横シールして封止状の包装フィルムにすると共にこの封止状の包装フィルムを下方に搬送する横シール機構と、この搬送された封止状包装フィルムの横シール部分を切り離して個別包装体とする自動包装機であって、
前記横シール機構のシール刃は、超音波ホーンとアンビルで構成され、
前記包装フィルムに対して超音波ホーンとアンビルで挟み込みながら横シールする場合は、この超音波ホーンに超音波を供給すると共に挟み込み圧力を通常よりも低い値に設定し、
前記包装フィルムに対して超音波ホーンとアンビルで挟み込みながら下方に搬送する場合は、この超音波ホーンへの超音波供給を停止すると共に挟み込み圧力を通常よりも高い値に設定することを特徴とする自動包装機の横シール機構。 - 前記包装フィルムに対して超音波ホーンとアンビルで挟み込む横シール機構の圧力制御手段は、外部から供給されるエアーを通常より低い圧力にするエアーレギュレータと、外部から供給されるエアーを通常より高い圧力にするエアーレギュレータと、この低圧力エアーと高圧力エアーの供給を切り替える圧力切り替え電磁弁と、この切り替えられた供給エアーによってエアーシリンダを前に出す方向又は中に引き込む方向に切り替える方向切り替え電磁弁と、超音波ホーンをアンビルに押圧するエアーシリンダとで構成され、
前記包装フィルムに対して超音波ホーンとアンビルで挟み込みながら横シールする場合は、前記エアーシリンダに供給する圧力用エアーは、方向切り替え電磁弁により超音波ホーンをアンビルに押圧する方向に切り替えると共に圧力切り替え電磁弁により低圧力エアーの供給に切り替え、
前記包装フィルムに対して超音波ホーンとアンビルで挟み込みながら下方に搬送する場合は、前記エアーシリンダに供給する圧力用エアーは、方向切り替え電磁弁により超音波ホーンをアンビルに押圧する方向に切り替えると共に圧力切り替え電磁弁により高圧力エアーの供給に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動包装機の横シール機構。
