Abstract
【解決手段】 台座5aと反力支柱5bを有する反力台5を躯体1の周囲に配置する。台座5aを地盤にアンカー固定し、各ジャッキの圧入反力を反力台5で支持する。加圧桁3に、構造物と水平方向で係合する制御盤4を内蔵させ、制御盤4を介して躯体1に圧入姿勢の矯正力を与えると共に、矯正力の反力を反力台5で支持する。

Claims (6)
- 複数のジャッキの圧入力を、加圧桁を介して構造物に付与することにより、構造物を地中に沈設する装置であって、
構造物に隣接して配置され、かつ地盤にアンカー固定された台座と、台座に結合した反力支柱とを有する反力台を備え、各ジャッキの圧入反力を反力台で支持することを特徴とする構造物の沈設装置。 - 構造物の壁体の内側及び外側を拘束する拘束部をさらに備え、拘束部を介して構造物に圧入姿勢の矯正力が与えられ、かつその反力が反力台で支持される請求項1記載の構造物の沈設装置。
- 拘束部と反力台との間に矯正力を発生する矯正力発生源を配し、拘束部と加圧桁を非結合状態にして矯正力発生源を起動し、拘束部を介して構造物に矯正力を与えると共に、その反力を反力台で支持する請求項2記載の構造物の沈設装置。
- 加圧桁と反力台との間にテーパ面を介在させ、拘束部と加圧桁とを結合した状態で加圧桁を降下させることによりテーパ面で矯正力を発生させ、この矯正力を拘束部を介して構造物に与えると共に、その反力を反力台で支持する請求項2記載の構造物の沈設装置。
- 加圧桁と反力台との間に、加圧桁を上下方向にガイドするガイド機構を配した請求項1〜4何れか記載の構造物の沈設装置。
- 反力台に掘削機を取り付けた請求項1〜5何れか記載の構造物の沈設装置。
