Abstract
【解決手段】 この課題は、炭化水素、煤、一酸化炭素、窒素酸化物および二酸化炭素を含有する燃焼機関から集められる排ガス流を浄化する方法において、炭化水素および煤の一部を第一の反応器において炭化水素および煤の酸化に対して活性の第一触媒の存在下に、二酸化硫黄を酸化することなく酸化しそしてこの部分的に浄化された排ガス流を生じさせ;その部分的に浄化したこの排ガス流を冷却し;部分的に浄化した排ガス流の一酸化炭素を第二の反応器において一酸化炭素の酸化に対して活性の第二触媒の存在下に、二酸化硫黄を酸化することなく酸化しそして浄化排ガス流を引き出す各段階を含む上記方法によって解決される。

Description
この部分的に浄化したこの排ガス流を冷却し;
その部分的に浄化した排ガス流の一酸化炭素を第二の反応器において一酸化炭素の酸化に対して活性の第二触媒の存在下に、二酸化硫黄を酸化することなく、酸化しそして浄化排ガス流を引き出す
各段階を含む。
75〜95 重量%のTiO2、3〜15重量%のSiO2、3〜15重量%のWO3、0〜6重量%のV2O5 および0.3〜0.8 g/lのPd:好ましくは80〜90重量%のTiO2、5〜10重量%のSiO2、5〜10重量%のWO3、0〜4重量%のV2O5 および0.4〜0.6 g/l のPd。
排ガスを図2に記載の本発明のシステムで浄化する。図2において、流れ(3)は浄化すべき排ガスでありそして流れ(7)は第一の反応器中の触媒(6)を離れる部分的に浄化された排ガスである。流れ(11)は第二触媒(13)を備えた第二の反応器に入る部分的に浄化されかつ冷却された排ガスである。

Claims (12)
- 炭化水素、煤、一酸化炭素、窒素酸化物および二酸化硫黄を含有する、燃焼機関からの排ガス流を浄化する方法において、
(a)炭化水素および煤の一部を第一の反応器において炭化水素および煤の酸化に対して活性の第一触媒の存在下に、二酸化硫黄を酸化することなく酸化しそして部分的に浄化された排ガス流を生じさせ、
(b)この部分的に浄化したこの排ガス流を冷却し、
(c)その部分的に浄化した排ガス流の一酸化炭素を第二の反応器において一酸化炭素の酸化に対して活性の第二触媒の存在下に、二酸化硫黄を酸化することなく酸化しそして
(d)浄化排ガス流を引き出す
各段階を含む、上記方法。 - 炭化水素の一部を第一の反応器で酸化しそして残りの炭化水素を第二の反応器で更に酸化する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第一の反応器での酸化を250〜375℃で行いそして第二の反応器での酸化を140〜210℃で行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 排ガス流を空気流と一緒にしそして一緒にされた流れを第一の反応器への供給ガス流として使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (b)段階での冷却を供給/流出型熱交換器において行い、該熱交換器は第一の反応器からの部分的に浄化された排ガス流を冷却しそして第一の反応器への排ガス流を加熱する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 追加的な冷却を第二の反応器の上流の空気冷却器で行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第一の反応器の触媒がチタニア/シリカと触媒活性材料としてのパラジウム、およびタングステンとバナジウムの酸化物のモノリスであり、そして第二の反応器中の触媒がチタニアと触媒活性材料としての白金および/またはパラジウムとのモノリスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応器中の空間速度が10,000〜150,000Nm3/m3/時である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの反応器中の触媒が顆粒状触媒でありそして空間速度が1,000〜20,000Nm3/m3/時である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素、煤、一酸化炭素および二酸化硫黄を含む、燃焼機関からの排ガス流を浄化するシステムにおいて、
(a)排ガス流を加熱する供給/流出型熱交換器、
(b)加熱された排ガス流中の炭化水素および煤を、二酸化硫黄を酸化することなしに転化して部分的に浄化された排ガス流を生じるのに活性の第一触媒を含有する第一の反応器、部分的に浄化された排ガス流は供給/流出型熱交換器で冷却され;そして
(c)一酸化炭素を二酸化炭素に転化する活性を有しかつ二酸化硫黄を酸化しないで、浄化された排ガス流を生じる第二触媒を含有する第二の反応器
を含む、上記システム。 - 第二触媒が更に、部分的に浄化された排ガス流中の残留炭化水素を酸化する活性がある、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 空気冷却器が第二の反応器の上流に取り付けられている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
