Abstract
【解決手段】電池パックは、バッテリとDC/DCコンバータとにそれぞれ電気的に接続されたジャンクションボックス202と、ジャンクションボックス202に電気的に接続され、ジャンクションボックス202に隣接して設けられるバイパスコンデンサ250とを含む。バイパスコンデンサ250のGNDバスバー256は、バイパスコンデンサ250の位置を固定するのに十分な剛性を有するものである。GNDバスバー256がジャンクションボックス202に接続されると、電気的に接続されるともに、GNDバスバー256によりバイパスコンデンサ250の位置が固定される。

Claims (9)
- 車両の走行用駆動源に供給する電力を蓄電する蓄電機構と、
前記車両の室内に設けられ、前記蓄電機構の電圧を低電圧に変換する電力変換器と、
前記蓄電機構と前記電力変換器とにそれぞれ電気的に接続されたジャンクションボックスと、
前記ジャンクションボックスに電気的に接続され、前記ジャンクションボックスに隣接して設けられるバイパスコンデンサとを含み、
前記バイパスコンデンサの端子部材は、前記バイパスコンデンサの位置を固定するのに十分な剛性を有するものであって、前記端子部材が前記ジャンクションボックスに接続されると、電気的に接続されるともに、前記端子部材により前記バイパスコンデンサの位置が固定される、電池パック構造。 - 前記端子部材は、端部がGNDラインに接続される略直線形状のGND接続部材を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック構造。
- 前記GND接続部材の端部と、前記ジャンクションボックスと、前記電池パックを収納する筐体とは締結部材により共締めされる、請求項2に記載の電池パック構造。
- 前記端子部材は、前記ジャンクションボックスに設けられる電力ラインの端子部に接続され、予め定められた方向に対しての撓み量が増加するように屈曲された電力ライン接続部材を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電池パック構造。
- 前記電力ライン接続部材の端部はボルトにより締結され、
前記予め定められた方向は、前記ボルトの軸方向と略同じ方向である、請求項4に記載の電池パック構造。 - 前記電力ライン接続部材の端部には、前記ボルトが貫通する長穴形状の貫通穴が形成される、請求項5に記載の電池パック構造。
- 前記電力ライン接続部材は、略U字形状の屈曲部を有する、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の電池パック構造。
- 前記ジャンクションボックスと前記駆動源との間には、前記蓄電機構の電力を変換して前記駆動源に供給する電気機器が設けられ、
前記電力ライン接続部材と前記電気機器に接続される出力線とは、前記電力ラインの端子部に締結部材により共締めされる、請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の電池パック構造。 - 前記蓄電機構は、前記電力変換器および前記ジャンクションボックスに隣接する位置に設けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の電池パック構造。
