Abstract
【解決手段】複数の工作物56の切削加工のための工作機械が、工具スピンドル14と工作物スピンドル26を有する。工作物スピンドル26は、通路開口64を有する中空スピンドルである。本発明の1つの見地によれば、工作物スピンドル26クランプ機構52に保持された工作物56が、工具スピンドル14に用意された加工工具16を用いて通路開口64を通って加工され得る。

Claims (9)
- 複数の工作物(56)、とくに複数の金属製工作物の切削加工のための工作機械であって、加工工具(16)を受容するための工具スピンドル(14)を有し、工作物(56)を受容するための少なくとも1つの工作物スピンドル(26)を有し、工作物スピンドル(26)が、通路開口(64)と、通路開口(64)の第1端(54)に配置されたクランプ機構(52)を有する中空スピンドルであり、工作物スピンドル(26)と工具スピンドル(14)が、工具スピンドル(14)に用意された工具(16)を用いてクランプ機構(52)に用意された工作物(56)を加工するために、互いに対して移動可能であり、クランプ機構(52)に保持された工作物(56)が、工具スピンドル(14)に用意された加工工具(16)を用いて通路開口(64)を通って加工され得るように、工作物スピンドル(26)が構成されていることを特徴とする、工作機械。
- 通路開口(64)が、工作物スピンドルの回転軸心(66)に関して共軸に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 工作物スピンドル(26)が、通路開口(64)の方向のスピンドル長さ(L)とスピンドル外径(W)を有し、スピンドル長さ(L)が、スピンドル外径(W)とほぼ等しいか又はより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- 工作物スピンドル(26)が、回転スピンドルとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 通路開口(64)が、第1端(54)における第1内径(d)と第2端(68)における第2内径(D)を有し、第1内径(d)が第2内径(D)よりも実質的に小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 工作物スピンドル(26)が、ピボット旋回軸心(46)の周りでピボット旋回可能に載置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 部分的に加工された工作物(56)を一方の工作物スピンドルから他方に移送するための、少なくとも1つの工作物スピンドル(26)に対して移動可能な更なる工作物スピンドル(24)により特徴付けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 第2工作物スピンドル(24)が、複数のロッド形状工作物(38)を受容して加工するために構成された中空スピンドルであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の工作機械。
- 複数の工作物、とくに複数の金属製工作物の切削加工のための方法であって、
通路開口(64)と、通路開口(64)の第1端(54)に配置されたクランプ機構(52)を有する工作物スピンドル(26)内に、工作物(56)をチャックする工程と、
工具スピンドル(14)に用意された加工工具(16)を用いて、工作物スピンドル(26)から突出する工作物(56)の少なくとも1つの側を加工する工程を有し、
工具スピンドル(14)に用意された加工工具(16)を用いて、通路開口(64)を通って工作物(56)が更に加工されることを特徴とする、方法。
