Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関10の排気通路11に、上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置12aとDPF12bを配置した排気ガス浄化装置12、又は酸化触媒を担持したDPFを備え、前記DPF12bを再生する際に、前記酸化触媒の温度を指標する触媒温度指標温度Tg2が所定の判定温度Tc1以上になった時に前記酸化触媒の上流側に未燃燃料を供給し、該未燃燃料を前記酸化触媒で酸化して前記DPF12bを昇温する制御を行う排気ガス浄化システム1において、前記所定の判定温度Tc1を、内燃機関10のエンジン回転数Neに応じて変化させる。

Claims (4)
- 上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置とディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを配置した排気ガス浄化装置、又は、酸化触媒を担持したディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを配置した排気ガス浄化装置を内燃機関の排気通路に備え、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを強制再生する際に、前記酸化触媒の温度を指標する触媒温度指標温度が所定の判定温度以上となった時に、前記酸化触媒の上流側に未燃燃料を供給し、該未燃燃料を前記酸化触媒で酸化して、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを昇温する制御を行う排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記所定の判定温度を、内燃機関のエンジン回転数に応じて変化させることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化方法。 - 内燃機関の排気通路に、上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置とディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを配置した排気ガス浄化装置、又は、酸化触媒を担持したディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを配置した排気ガス浄化装置と、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを強制再生する制御を行う再生制御装置を備えると共に、前記再生制御装置が、前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを強制再生する際に、前記酸化触媒の温度を指標する触媒温度指標温度が所定の判定温度以上となった時に前記酸化触媒の上流側に未燃燃料を供給し、該未燃燃料を前記酸化触媒で酸化して前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを昇温する制御を行う排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記再生制御装置が、前記所定の判定温度を、内燃機関のエンジン回転数に応じて変化させることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記触媒温度指標温度として、前記酸化触媒の上流側又は下流側に配置した排気ガスの温度を検出する温度センサで検出された温度を用いることを特徴とする請求項2記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記排気ガス浄化装置が、上流側から順に酸化触媒を担持した酸化触媒装置とディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタを配置した排気ガス浄化装置であって、前記触媒温度指標温度として、前記酸化触媒の上流側に配置した排気ガスの温度を検出する第1温度センサで検出された温度と、前記酸化触媒装置と前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタの間の排気ガスの温度を検出する第2温度センサで検出された温度とを用いることを特徴とする請求項2記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
