Abstract
【解決手段】送りネジ21と、送りネジよりも径が大となる雌ネジ22を偏心螺合させ、ワークからの反力を弦巻バネ28によって検知し、偏心螺合させた雌ネジ22の回転拘束を解除し、雌ネジ22を回転させることによって送りネジ21と雌ネジ22を差動回転させ、移動速度を減少させると同時に加圧力を増大させる。

となり、摩擦力を無視して考えれば、送りネジ21の回転トルクによって雌ネジ22が発生する加圧力は〔1/(1−r1/r2)〕倍となる。

Claims (6)
- 電動機の回転運動を直線運動に変換する方法であって、
電動機の駆動力により回転する送りネジと、送りネジの有効径よりも有効径が大となる雌ネジを、移動ケース内で回転自在となり、しかも軸方向に滑動可能となるよう軸受けで支持し、送りネジ回転に対して回転を拘束した移動ケース内で偏心螺合させ、移動ケース内の片側にはバネ要素を配置して無負荷状態での雌ネジ回転を拘束し、送りネジの回転によって移動ケースが負荷に当接したときバネを圧縮することにより、該雌ネジの回転拘束を解除して移動ケース内の雌ネジを回転可能にし、送りネジと雌ネジを差動回転させることにより移動速度を減少させ、推力を増大させる回転運動を直線運動に変換する、
ことを特徴とする動力伝達方法。 - 電動機の回転運動を直線運動に変換する装置であって、
電動機の出力軸に連結して回転する送りネジと、この送りネジの有効径よりも有効径が大となるの雌ネジと、送りネジ回転に対して回転を拘束された移動ケースと、移動ケース内で雌ネジを回転自在に、しかも軸方向に滑動自在となるように半径方向と軸方向負荷を支持する軸受けと、ケース内の片側の雌ネジ端面に一体的に組み付けられたブレーキ板をケース他端に押しつけるバネ要素を有し、送りネジは移動ケースの両端カバーに設置された軸受けを貫通し、送りネジと移動ケース及びケースに組み込まれた雌ネジを偏心配置してなる自律的負荷力感知型直動速度及び推力変換機構を有する、
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - ケース内片側に設置されたバネ要素の初期押し付け力を、雌ネジの回転が拘束された状態で送りネジの回転トルクによって雌ネジを移動させる力以下とし、バネ要素の最大たわみ時のばね力を雌ネジが回転して生ずる差動回転によって発生する推力よりも大きくした、
請求項2記載の動力伝達装置。 - 送りネジに回転を与える手段として、入力軸片側を多角形状軸とした、
請求項2または3記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記移動ケース端面に、軸方向の加圧力を検出して電気信号に変換するための荷重変換部を一体的に設けられてなる、
請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の動力伝達装置。 - 電動機の回転運動を直線運動に変換して負荷に伝達する動力伝達装置であって、
前記電動機の出力によって回転する送りネジと、
前記送りネジが軸方向に貫通して設けられ且つ前記送りネジと相対回転自在に設けられ、前記送りネジの軸方向に沿った推力を負荷に伝達するための移動ケースと、
前記移動ケースの内部に配置され、前記送りネジの有効径よりも大きい有効径を有し前記送りネジと偏心螺合して前記推力を発生する雌ネジと、
前記移動ケースの内部に設けられ、前記雌ネジを前記移動ケースに対し相対回転自在に支持し、且つそれ自体が前記移動ケースに対して軸方向移動が可能に配置された軸受けと、
前記移動ケースに固定的に設けられ、前記雌ネジの外周面が押しつけられたときに前記雌ネジの前記移動ケースに対する相対回転を拘束するブレーキシューと、
前記移動ケースの内部に設けられ、前記軸受けを介して前記雌ネジを軸方向に付勢し、無負荷時において前記雌ネジの外周面を前記ブレーキシューに押しつけるバネ要素と、
を有し、
前記移動ケースが負荷からの反力を受けて前記雌ネジに発生する推力が前記バネ要素による付勢力よりも大きくなったときに、前記雌ネジが前記移動ケースに対して軸方向に移動することにより前記外周面が前記ブレーキシューから離れ、これによって前記雌ネジの前記移動ケースに対する相対回転の拘束が解除され、前記送りネジと前記雌ネジとが差動回転するように構成されてなる、
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。
