Abstract
【解決手段】 畜舎廃棄物等の原材料供給ホッパ下部のスクリューコンベヤに一定間隔で切断刃を取り付け、供給された原材料を供給ホッパ喉部の固定刃とによって、一定間隔で切断しながら副資材及び種堆肥と共に混合撹拌室に送り、空気の供給を受けながら撹拌することにより好気性発酵を促進し、原材料及び副資材を堆肥化する。その一部を種堆肥として戻し発酵を継続する。

Claims (2)
- スクリューコンベヤに切断刃を一定間隔で取付け、原材料供給ホッパ喉部にこれに相対する固定刃を設けることによって、原材料を一定の長さで切断しながら移送することができる搬送手段を備えることを特徴とし、原材料に種堆肥及び必要により副資材を混合して搬送手段で混合撹拌室に移送し、送風しながら撹拌羽根で混合撹拌することで好気性発酵により原材料の堆肥化を促進して、短期間に良質な堆肥を製造することが可能な堆肥化設備。
- 発酵済み堆肥の一部を搬送手段及び撹拌羽根の推進力で種堆肥として戻し、原材料及び副資材と混合撹拌して堆肥化が連続してできることを特徴とする堆肥化設備、並びに家庭用生ごみ処理機。
