Abstract
【解決手段】それぞれ一つずつのG、R、BのLED素子が三角形で配置された多数のクラスターを備え、上記クラスターが第1方向に沿って第1配列を形成し、上記クラスターは上記第1配列において第1方向の軸線を中心に交互に反転配置され、上記G、R、BのLED素子が三角形で配置された多数のクラスターを有し、上記クラスターが第2方向に沿って第2配列を形成し、上記クラスターは上記第2配列において第2方向の軸線を中心に交互に反転配置され、上記第1配列と第2配列は互いに直交する色むらの向上のためのLED面光源及びこれを用いたLCDバックライトユニットを提供する。

上記各々のクラスターの三角形は、隅角の2つの角度が互いに同じく形成されたことを特徴とする、色むらの向上のためのLED面光源を提供する。

Claims (10)
- それぞれ一つずつのG、R、BのLED素子が三角形で配置された多数のクラスターを備え、前記クラスターが第1方向に沿って第1配列を形成し、前記クラスターは前記第1配列において第1方向の軸線を中心に交互に反転配置され、
それぞれ一つずつのG、R、BのLED素子が三角形で配置された多数のクラスターを備え、前記クラスターが第2方向に沿って第2配列を形成し、前記クラスターは前記第2配列において第2方向の軸線を中心に交互に反転配置され、
前記第1配列と第2配列が互いに直交することを特徴とする色むらの向上のためのLED面光源。 - 前記第1配列は、上下交互に反転配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の色むらの向上のためのLED面光源。
- 前記第2配列は、左右交互に反転配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の色むらの向上のためのLED面光源。
- 前記各々のクラスターの三角形は、隅角の角度が互いに同じく形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の色むらの向上のためのLED面光源。
- 前記各々のクラスターの三角形は、隅角の角度が互いに異なるように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の色むらの向上のためのLED面光源。
- 前記各々のクラスターの三角形は、隅角の2つの角度が互いに同じく形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の色むらの向上のためのLED面光源。
- 前記各々のクラスターの三角形は、隣接したクラスターの三角形と互いに対応する隅角が互いに同じ角度で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の色むらの向上のためのLED面光源。
- 前記クラスターのうち同じ類型を有するクラスターは、前記LED面光源がLCDバックライトユニットに装着される場合、その間の間隔であるピッチDが反射板から拡散シートまでの高さに対し、D≦2Hの範囲を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の色むらの向上のためのLED面光源。
- LCDパネルに取り付けられたLCDバックライトユニットにおいて、
それぞれ一つずつのG、R、BのLED素子が三角形で配置された多数のクラスターを備え、前記クラスターが第1方向に沿って第1配列を形成し、前記第1配列において前記クラスターは第1方向の軸線を中心に交互に反転配置され、それぞれ一つずつのG、R、BのLED素子が三角形で配置された多数のクラスターを備え、前記クラスターが第2方向に沿って第2配列を形成し、前記クラスターは前記第2配列において第2方向の軸線を中心に交互に反転配置され、
前記第1配列と第2配列は互いに直交する面光源と、
前記面光源から入射された光を均一に拡散させる拡散シートと、
前記拡散シートから拡散した光を集光する集光シートと、
を含むことを特徴とするLCDバックライトユニット。 - 前記クラスターのうち同じ類型を有するクラスターは、前記LED面光源がLCDバックライトユニットに装着される場合、その間の間隔であるピッチDが反射板から拡散シートまでの高さHに対して、D≦2Hの範囲を有することを特徴とする、請求項9記載のLCDバックライトユニット。
