Claims (8)
- 도광판, 반사판 및 확산판을 구비하고 발광다이오드를 백라이트 램프로 이용하는 화면순차방식 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛에 있어서,R, G, B 의 색을 구현하는 각각의 발광다이오드 칩이 1 개의 램프 내에 내장되어 있는 램프들의 배열로 구성되어 있으며,상기 램프와 확산판의 거리는 5mm 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 램프는 시야각이 100°이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 램프의 램프간의 간격은 10mm 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 삭제
- 도광판, 반사판 및 확산판을 구비하고 발광다이오드를 백라이트 램프로 이용하는 화면순차방식 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛에 있어서,R, G, B 의 색을 구현하는 각각의 발광다이오드 칩이 1 개의 칩 내에 내장되 어 있는 칩들의 배열로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 칩은 시야각이 100°이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 칩의 칩간의 간격은 10mm 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 칩과 확산판의 거리는 5mm 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 백라이트 유닛.
