Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、電極組立体及び電極組立体を収容するケースと、電極組立体の中心部に挿入されるセンターピンと、電極組立体の上端開口部を封止するキャップ組立体と、電極組立体とキャップ組立体との間に位置する上部絶縁板を備えており、上部絶縁板は、電解液注入後、センターピンが通過するように中央に中空部が形成されると同時に、センターピンの通過後、そのセンターピンが外側に離脱しないようにセンターピン離脱防止部をさらに有する円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池を開示する。

Claims (15)
- 電極組立体と、
上記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
上記電極組立体の中心部に挿入されるセンターピンと、
上記電極組立体の上端開口部を封止するキャップ組立体と、
上記電極組立体と上記キャップ組立体との間に位置する上部絶縁板と、を備えており、
上記上部絶縁板は、上記センターピンが貫通できるように、中央に中空部が形成され、上記中空部には上記センターピンの貫通時、上記電極組立体方向に曲がるセンターピン離脱防止部が形成されることを特徴とする円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 上記センターピン離脱防止部は、上記中空部に上記センターピンを挿入した後、上記上部絶縁板の表面と平行になるように復元されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記センターピン離脱防止部は、矢印形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記センターピン離脱防止部は、複数個形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記センターピン離脱防止部は、
上記中空部に連結され、上記センターピン挿入時、上記電極組立体の方向に曲がる変形部と、
上記変形部の端部と連結され、上記センターピン挿入時、上記変形部を中心として上記電極組立体方向に一定角度で回転する回転部を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 上記変形部は、上記上部絶縁板の厚み方向において中央の位置より下側に位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記変形部は、上記上部絶縁板の厚み方向の断面が矩形状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記変形部は、材質が弾性体であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記弾性体は、ポリエチレンテレフタルレート(PET)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリイミド(PI)のいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記回転部は、断面が直角三角形状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記直角三角形状は、上記上部絶縁板の厚み方向と垂直な辺を底辺とし、上記上部絶縁板の厚み方向と平行な辺を底辺に直角な辺として、前記底辺に直角な辺が上記変形部と連結されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記変形部の長さは、上記回転部の低辺の長さより短く形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記低辺と直角面の端は斜辺で連結され、上記斜辺は一定角度で傾くように形成されたことを特徴とする
請求項11に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。 - 上記上部絶縁板には、複数のホールが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 上記ホールは、上記中空部から最外郭まで放射状の扇形に形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の円筒型リチウムイオン二次電池。
