Abstract

Claims (10)
- 蒸気タービン用のダイアフラム(100)であって、
前記蒸気タービン(10)内でほぼ円周方向に延びるように構成された半径方向外側部材(104)と、
前記蒸気タービン内でほぼ円周方向に延びるように構成された半径方向内側部材(102)と、
前記外側及び内側部材間でほぼ半径方向に延びかつファスナ組立体により前記半径方向外側及び半径方向内側部材の1つに結合された少なくとも1つの翼形部(106)と、
を含むダイアフラム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの翼形部(106)が、前記半径方向外側及び半径方向内側部材(104、102)の1つに溶接される、請求項1記載のダイアフラム(100)。
- 前記ファスナ組立体が、少なくとも1つの位置合わせピン(130)と少なくとも1つのボルト(150)とを含む、請求項1記載のダイアフラム(100)。
- 前記半径方向内側部材(102)及び半径方向外側部材(104)の一方が、該一方を貫通して延びる複数の開口部(111)を含み、前記複数の開口部が、前記ダイアフラムに対して前記少なくとも1つの翼形部(106)を位置合わせするのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダイアフラム(100)。
- 前記ファスナ組立体が、前記ダイアフラム内での溶接歪みを減少させるのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダイアフラム。
- 前記ファスナ組立体が、前記ダイアフラムの組立時間を短縮するのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダイアフラム(100)。
- 前記ファスナ組立体が、タービン性能を向上させるのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダイアフラム(100)。
- 半径方向外側部材(104)と、半径方向内側部材(102)と、前記部材間で延びる複数の翼形部(106)とを備えた少なくとも1つのダイアフラム(100)を含み、
前記半径方向外側及び内側部材が、タービン内で円周方向に延びるように構成され、
前記複数の翼形部が、互いに円周方向に間隔を置いて配置されかつファスナ組立体によって前記外側及び内側部材の1つに結合される、
蒸気タービン(10)。 - 前記複数の翼形部(106)が、前記内側部材(102)及び外側部材(104)の1つに溶接される、請求項8記載の蒸気タービン(10)。
- 前記内側部材(102)が、該内側部材を貫通して延びる複数の円周方向に間隔を置いて配置された開口部(111)を含み、前記開口部が、前記ダイアフラム(100)に対して前記複数の翼形部(106)の各々を位置合わせするのを可能にする、請求項8記載の蒸気タービン(10)。
