Claims (9)
- 蒸気タービン用のダイアフラム(100)であって、
前記蒸気タービン(10)内でほぼ円周方向に延びるように構成された半径方向外側部材(104)と、
前記蒸気タービン内でほぼ円周方向に延びるように構成された半径方向内側部材(102)と、
前記外側及び内側部材間でほぼ半径方向に延びる少なくとも1つの翼形部(106)と、
を含み、
前記内側部材(102)は、円周方向に間隔を置いて配置され、該内側部材(102)を前記外側部材(104)に向けてほぼ半径方向に貫通する第1の開口部(111)及び第2の開口部(112)を含み、
前記第2の開口部(112)は座ぐり部分(140)を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの翼形部(106)は、第1のファスナ部材(130)により前記内側部材(102)に回転可能に結合され、
前記第1のファスナ部材(130)は、前記内側部材に対する前記少なくとも1つの翼形部(106)の位置合わせを可能とし、
前記少なくとも1つの翼形部(106)は、第2のファスナ部材(150)により前記内側部材に結合され、
前記少なくとも1つの翼形部(106)は、前記外側部材に溶接された
ことを特徴とする、ダイアフラム。 - 前記第1のファスナ部材(130)が挿入される前記第1の開口部(111)が、前記第2のファスナ部材(150)が挿入される前記第2の開口部(112)より下流に間隔を置いて配置される、請求項1に記載のダイアフラム(10)。
- 前記第1のファスナ部材が位置合わせピン(130)であり、前記第2のファスナ部材がボルト(150)である、請求項1又は2記載のダイアフラム(100)。
- 前記第1のファスナ部材(130)が挿入される前記第1の開口部(111)の直径(Da)が、前記第2のファスナ部材(150)が挿入される前記第2の開口部(112)の直径(Do)より小さい、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のダイアフラム(10)。
- 前記第1及び第2のファスナ部材が、前記ダイアフラム内での溶接歪みを減少させるのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダイアフラム。
- 前記第1及び第2のファスナ部材が、前記ダイアフラムの組立時間を短縮するのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダイアフラム(100)。
- 前記第1及び第2のファスナ部材が、タービン性能を向上させるのを可能にする、請求項1記載のダイアフラム(100)。
- 記第2のファスナ部材(150)が挿入される前記第2の開口部(112)が、該第2のファスナ部材(150)よりオーバーサイズにされている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のダイアフラム(10)。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のダイアフラム(100)を少なくとも1つ含む、蒸気タービン(10)。
