Abstract
【解決手段】皮下動脈傷を正確に突き止めるとともに止血材68のプラグを傷まで案内するように先端にアンカ24が形成されている挿入ガイドワイヤ10が備えられ、止血材が正しく配置されると、アンカ24を解放して、ガイドワイヤ10を除去することにより、動脈44のルーメン42に異物を残さないようにすることができる。

Claims (30)
- 長手方向の軸線と、基端部と、先端部と、前記基端部から前記先端部へ向けて延びるルーメンとを有するシースと、
前記先端部から離れた距離にある前記シースの中間部に形成され、前記先端部との間の前記シースの先端部の境界を画定する孔と、
前記シース内に摺動自在に配設されかつ基端部と先端部とを有するコアワイヤとを備え、該コアワイヤは前記基端部と先端部との間の前記コアワイヤの中間部が前記シースから前記孔を介して突出する第1の位置と、前記コアワイヤの前記先端部が前記シースの前記基端部と前記孔との間で配置される第2の位置との間を可動自在に配置されており、
前記シースの前記先端部は前記シースの前記中間部と前記コアワイヤの前記中間部との間に保持されて、前記第1の位置にある前記コアワイヤが前記長手方向の軸線と交差する方向に突出する部分を有するアンカーを画成し、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置への前記コアワイヤの動きにより前記アンカーを解放することを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - 前記アンカーは前記ガイドワイヤにおいて曲げ領域を有し、前記ガイドワイヤは前記曲げ領域に近接した領域よりも前記曲げ領域において大きい曲げ性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コアワイヤは前記曲げ領域において前記シースを介して延びており、前記大きい曲げ性は前記曲げ領域において前記コアワイヤを縮径することにより得られることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コアワイヤの前記縮径領域の周囲に巻回されたワイヤスプリングを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コアワイヤはスペースにより分離された基端部と先端部とを有し、該スペースは前記曲げ領域に画成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記曲げ領域の先端部側の前記コアワイヤの部分の周囲に配置されたカニューレを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記シースの前記先端部は所定の距離だけ前記シースの残りの部分から分離され、前記先端部と前記残りの部分は前記カニューレにより互いに接合されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記アンカーは少なくとも360°の弧を画成するループの形態をなし、前記ループの一の部分は前記長手方向の軸線の一方の側に配置され、前記ループの他の部分は前記長手方向の軸線の他の側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コアワイヤの前記中間部は前記長手方向の軸線と約180°よりも小さい角度を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記孔からの所定の距離を示す位置決め手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 傷チャンネルと皮膚の穴とを介して外界に連通されている内部の傷からの血液の流れを止める装置であって、
長手方向の軸線、基端部、先端部、前記基端部から前記先端部へ向けて延びるルーメンを有するシースと、前記先端部から離隔した距離にある前記シースの中間部に形成され前記先端部との間で前記シースの先端部の境界を画定する孔と、前記シース内に摺動自在に配設されかつ基端部および先端部を有するコアワイヤとを有するガイドワイヤを備え、前記コアワイヤは前記基端部と先端部との間の前記コアワイヤの中間部が前記シースから前記孔を介して突出する第1の位置と、前記コアワイヤの前記先端部が前記シースの前記基端部と前記孔との間で配置される第2の位置との間を可動自在に配置されており、前記シースの前記先端部は前記シースの前記中間部と前記コアワイヤの前記中間部との間に保持されて、前記第1の位置にある前記コアワイヤが前記長手方向の軸線と交差する方向に突出する部分を有するアンカーを画成し、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置への前記コアワイヤの動きにより前記アンカーを解放するように構成されており、更に
傷チャンネルを通過することができるサイズに形成され、かつ、前記ガイドワイヤを摺動自在に収容する通しルーメンを有する、止血材のプラグと、
前記止血材を前記傷チャンネルを介して内部の傷へ前進させる手段とを備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 傷チャンネルに挿入されるサイズに形成され、かつ、前記止血材のプラグを収容するとともに前記プラグを前記傷チャンネルを介して前進させるルーメンを有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記止血材のプラグが前記内部の傷に隣接して位置することを示す手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤの先端部の前記傷チャンネルへの挿入を容易にする漏斗を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 長手方向の軸線と、基端部と、先端部と、前記基端部から前記先端部へ向けて延びるルーメンとを有するシースと、
前記先端部から離れた距離にある前記シースの中間部に形成された孔と、
前記シース内に摺動自在に配設されかつ基端部と先端部とを有するコアワイヤと、
前記コアワイヤに取着された一端と、別の端部と、前記一端と前記別の端部との間に位置する中間部とを有するかえしとを備え、
前記コアワイヤは前記かえしの前記中間部が前記シースから前記孔を介して突出する第1の位置と、前記かえしの前記中間部が前記シースの前記ルーメン内に完全に配置される第2の位置との間で可動自在となっていることを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - 前記シースの前記先端部は柔軟なチップを有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コアワイヤの前記先端部は柔軟なチップを有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記かえしの前記別の端部はJ−チップを有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記シースはワイヤコイルから形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記シースは生体親和性プラスチックから形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記シースは所定の距離分離された先端部と基端部とを有し、前記孔は前記所定の距離を画定することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記所定の距離分離された前記シースの前記基端部と先端部を支持する少なくとも1つの安全ワイヤを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記シースの前記基端部と先端部との間に介在配置されたプラスチック充填材を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記シースの前記ルーメン内に組み込まれた安全ワイヤを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記シースの前記先端部へ向かう方向への前記コアワイヤの軸線に沿った動きに一時的に抵抗する手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記抵抗手段は前記コアワイヤの前記基端部と前記シースの前記基端部との間で前記コアワイヤに組み付けられたスプリットスリーブを有することを特徴とする請求項25に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 長手方向の軸線と、基端部と、先端部と、前記基端部から前記先端部へ向けて延びるルーメンとを有するシースと、
前記先端部から離れた位置にある前記シースの中間部に形成され、前記先端部と孔との間の前記シースの先端の境界を画定する孔と、
前記シース内に摺動自在に配設されかつ基端部と先端部とを有するコアワイヤとを備え、該コアワイヤは前記基端部と先端部との間の前記コアワイヤの中間部が前記シースから前記孔を介して突出してループを形成し、前記シースの前記先端が該シースの残りの部分と約180°よりも小さい角度を形成しているとともに、前記コアワイヤの前記ループと前記シースの先端が各々前記長手方向の軸線と交差する方向に突出する部分を有している第1の位置と、前記コアワイヤの前記中間部が実質上完全に前記シースの前記ルーメン内にある第2の位置との間を移動可能であり、
前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ前記コアワイヤが動くことにより前記ループを解いて前記シースの前記先端を前記長手方向の軸線とほぼ一直線になるように移動させることを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - 前記孔からの所定の距離を示す参照符号を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項27に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記シースの前記先端部はJ−チップを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項27に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記シースは生体親和性プラスチックから形成されることを特徴とする請求項27に記載のガイドワイヤ。
