Abstract
【解決手段】密閉容器と、該密閉容器内に設置される駆動モーター及び圧縮機構とを備え、圧縮機構は、圧縮室が形成されたハウジングと、圧縮室内で回転するローラーと、ローラーの半径方向に進退しながら圧縮室を区画し、相互スライド自在に支持された第1ベーン及び第2ベーンと、圧縮容量制御のために第1ベーンを拘束したり拘束解除したりするベーン制御装置とを備え、第1ベーンが後退して拘束される際に、密閉容器内部と圧縮室が連通するように第1ベーンの移動経路に形成された連通穴を有する容量可変回転圧縮機。

Claims (4)
- 密閉容器と、該密閉容器内に設置される駆動モーター及び圧縮機構とを備え、
前記圧縮機構は、圧縮室が形成されたハウジングと、前記圧縮室内で回転するローラーと、前記ローラーの半径方向に進退しながら前記圧縮室を区画し、相互スライド自在に支持された第1ベーン及び第2ベーンと、圧縮容量制御のために前記第1ベーンを拘束したり拘束解除したりするベーン制御装置とを備え、
前記第1ベーンが後退して拘束される際に、前記密閉容器内部と前記圧縮室が連通するように前記第1ベーンの移動経路に形成された連通穴を有する容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記ハウジングは、中央に前記圧縮室が形成されたボディーと、前記圧縮室の上部及び下部を閉鎖するように、前記ボディーの上部と下部にそれぞれ結合された上部及び下部フランジとを備え、
前記連通穴は、前記第1ベーンの移動経路側の前記上部フランジに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記ベーン制御装置は、
前記第1ベーン側の前記ハウジングに設置されたシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に進退可能に設置され、前記第1ベーンと連結されたピストンと、
前記シリンダ内部と連通する第1流路と、
前記圧縮機の吐出側と前記第1流路とを連結する第2流路と、
前記圧縮機の吸入側と前記第1流路とを連結する第3流路と、
前記第1、第2及び第3流路が出会う地点に設置された流路可変弁と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記ベーン制御装置は、前記ピストンを前記ローラー側に加圧するように前記シリンダ内に設置されたスプリングをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
