Abstract
【解決手段】 密閉容器内に設置され、ガスの圧縮を行う第1及び第2圧縮要素を備え、第1圧縮要素で1段階圧縮されたガスを第2圧縮要素で2段階圧縮する多段圧縮式回転圧縮機において、密閉容器内部を複数の空間に区画し、複数の空間は、第1圧縮要素の周りを包囲し、第1圧縮要素の吐出圧力に維持される第1圧力室と、第2圧縮室の周りを包囲し、第2圧縮要素の吐出圧力に維持される第2圧力室とする。

前記密閉容器の内部が複数の空間に区画され、前記複数の空間は、前記第1圧縮要素の周りを包囲し、前記第1圧縮要素の吐出圧力に維持される第1圧力室と、前記第2圧縮室の周りを包囲し、前記第2圧縮要素の吐出圧力に維持される第2圧力室とを含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 密閉容器内に設置され、ガスの圧縮を行う第1及び第2圧縮要素を備え、前記第1圧縮要素で1段階圧縮されたガスを、前記第2圧縮要素で2段階圧縮する多段圧縮式回転圧縮機であって、
前記密閉容器の内部が複数の空間に区画され、前記複数の空間は、前記第1圧縮要素の周りを包囲し、前記第1圧縮要素の吐出圧力に維持される第1圧力室と、前記第2圧縮室の周りを包囲し、前記第2圧縮要素の吐出圧力に維持される第2圧力室とを含むことを特徴とする多段圧縮式回転圧縮機。 - 前記第1圧縮要素は、第1圧縮室が形成された第1シリンダーボディーと、前記第1圧縮室内で偏心回転しつつ圧縮を行う第1ローラと、前記第1ローラの回転によって半径方向に進退しながら前記第1圧縮室の内部を区画する第1ベーンと、を備え、
前記第2圧縮要素は、第2圧縮室が形成された第2シリンダーボディーと、前記第2圧縮室内で偏心回転しつつ圧縮を行う第2ローラと、前記第2ローラの回転によって半径方向に進退しながら前記第2圧縮室内部を区画する第2ベーンとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段圧縮式回転圧縮機。 - 前記第1圧縮要素が、前記第2圧縮要素の下側に配置され、
前記圧縮機が、
前記第1圧縮室と前記第2圧縮室を区画すると同時に、前記密閉容器内部を前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室とに区画するように、前記第1シリンダーボディーと前記第2シリンダーボディーとの間に介在される第1区切り板と、
前記密閉容器内部を前記第1圧力室と前記第1圧力室下部のオイル貯留室とに区画するように、前記第1圧縮要素の下側に設置される第2区切り板とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多段圧縮式回転圧縮機。 - 前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室が連通するように前記第1区切り板に形成された圧力調節流路と、
前記第1圧力室の圧力が設定圧力以上の時に、前記圧力調節流路を開き前記第1圧力室から前記第2圧力室の方にガスが流れるようにし、前記第1圧力室の圧力が設定圧力以下の時には前記圧力調節流路を閉じるように前記圧力調節流路に設置される圧力調節バルブと、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多段圧縮式回転圧縮機。 - 前記圧力調節バルブは、前記第2圧力室の方から前記圧力調節流路の出口を閉じるリード弁であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多段圧縮式回転圧縮機。
- 前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室間に連通形成される圧力調節流路と、
前記第1圧力室の圧力が設定圧力以上の時に、前記圧力調節流路を開き前記第1圧力室から前記第2圧力室の方にガスが流れるようにし、前記第1圧力室の圧力が設定圧力以下の時には前記圧力調節流路を閉じる圧力調節バルブとをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段圧縮式回転圧縮機。 - 前記第1ベーンが前記第1圧力室の圧力により加圧されるように前記第1圧力室に露出され、前記第2ベーンが前記第2圧力室の圧力により加圧されるように前記第2圧力室に露出されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多段圧縮式回転圧縮機。
- 前記オイル貯留室は、前記第2圧力室と同圧を維持するように流路を介して連通されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多段圧縮式回転圧縮機。
- 前記第1圧力室のガスが前記第2圧縮要素の吸入側に供給されるように前記密閉容器の外部を通って連結される連結配管をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段圧縮式回転圧縮機。
