Abstract
【解決手段】回転電機20は、クランクシャフト51の軸線周りに回転可能なフライホイール56に対して軸線周りの相対的な回転が不能に取り付けられるロータ21と、ロータ21に対向配置され、ケースカバー19に対して軸線周りの相対的な回転が不能に取り付けられるステータ30と、を含み、ロータ21又はステータ30のいずれか一方は、それが取り付けられるフライホイール56あるいはケースカバー19に対して、軸線の方向への移動が不能に取り付けられ、他方は軸線の方向への移動が可能に取り付けられ、ステータ30は、ステータ30とロータ21との離間距離が一定となるように、ロータ21を支持する支持部を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 軸線周りに回転可能な回転部材に対して少なくとも前記軸線周りの相対的回転が不能に取り付けられ、該回転部材とともに前記軸線周りに回転するロータと、
前記ロータに対して前記軸線の方向に対向配置され、固定部材に対して少なくとも前記軸線周りの相対的回転が不能に取り付けられるステータと、を含み、
前記ロータ又は前記ステータのいずれか一方は、それが取り付けられる前記回転部材又は前記固定部材に対して、前記軸線方向への移動が不能に取り付けられ、他方は、前記軸線方向への移動が可能に取り付けられ、
前記ステータの前記ロータに対向する対向面には、磁束発生手段が埋設される円環状の磁束発生領域が設けられ、
前記ステータは、前記磁束発生領域に対向する前記ロータの対向面と前記磁束発生領域との離間距離が一定となるように前記ロータを支持する支持部を備える、
ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機において、
前記ロータ又は前記ステータのうち、前記他方は、それが取り付けられる前記回転部材又は前記固定部材に対して、スライド手段により前記軸線方向への移動が可能に取り付けられ、
前記スライド手段は、前記回転部材又は前記固定部材に形成され、前記軸線方向に延伸する係合部と、前記ロータ又は前記ステータに形成され、前記係合部に係合し、該係合部に沿って前記軸線方向にスライドする被係合部と、を含む、
ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の回転電機において、
前記ステータの前記支持部は、前記ロータと直接的に又は間接的に接して、当該ロータを回動可能に支持する、
ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項3に記載の回転電機において、
前記ステータの前記支持部は、軸受けを介して、前記ロータを回動可能に支持する、
ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項3又は4に記載の回転電機において、
前記ステータは、前記磁束発生領域を有する前記対向面を有し、前記ロータに対向する断面円環状のロータ対向部を有し、
前記支持部は、前記ロータ対向部の内周面又は外周面に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項4に記載の回転電機において、
前記ステータの前記支持部又は前記軸受けに接する前記ロータの被支持部の少なくとも一方は、樹脂により成形される、
ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の回転電機に連結するエンジン。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の回転電機を備える車両。
