Abstract
【解決手段】 モータ30の出力軸である回転軸24と駆動軸22とを接続したり接続の解除を行なうクラッチ40と、回転軸24に入力軸を接続すると共に駆動軸22にギヤ機構52を介して出力軸を接続した無段変速機50とを設け、モータ30のロータ31にモータ30からのトルクが小さいときにクラッチ40により回転軸24と駆動軸22とが接続されるようにバネ36を設ける。モータ30からのトルクを大きくすると、そのスラスト力によりバネ36の付勢力に抗して回転軸24を移動させてクラッチ40による回転軸24と駆動軸22との接続を解除し、モータ30からのトルクを無段変速機50により変速して駆動軸22に出力する。

- 駆動軸に駆動力を出力する駆動装置であって、
コイルが巻回された固定子と、軸方向への移動が可能に軸支された回転軸に取り付けられ前記固定子のコイルに電流を印加することにより生じる磁界の作用により該回転軸の一方向への移動力を伴って回転すると回転子と、を有する電動機と、
前記回転軸から前記駆動軸へ動力を伝達する第1動力伝達手段と、
前記回転軸から前記駆動軸へ動力を伝達する前記第1動力伝達手段とは異なる第2動力伝達手段と、
前記回転軸の軸方向への移動を伴って前記第1動力伝達手段による動力の伝達と前記第2動力伝達手段による動力の伝達とを切り替える動力伝達切替手段と、
を備える駆動装置。 - 前記動力伝達切替手段は、前記電動機から出力するトルクが第1の所定トルク未満となる低トルク領域では前記第1動力伝達手段による動力の伝達を行ない、前記電動機から出力するトルクが前記第1の所定トルク以上の第2の所定トルク以上となる高トルク領域では前記第2動力伝達手段による動力の伝達を行なう手段である請求項1記載の駆動装置。
- 前記動力伝達切替手段は、前記回転軸を前記一方向とは逆の他方向に移動力を付与する移動力付与手段と、前記回転軸を前記一方向に移動させたときに前記回転軸と前記駆動軸と接続すると共に前記回転軸を前記他方向に移動させたときに前記回転軸と前記駆動軸との接続を解除する接続解除手段と、を備える手段である請求項1または2記載の駆動装置。
- 前記移動力付与手段は、前記回転軸に前記他方向に作用する付勢力を付与するバネである請求項3記載の駆動装置。
- 請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の駆動装置であって、
前記第1動力伝達手段は、所定の変速比をもって前記回転軸の動力を前記駆動軸に伝達する手段であり、

- 前記第2動力伝達手段は、トルクコンバータを有する手段である請求項5記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第2動力伝達手段は、前記トルクコンバータと前記駆動軸とに介在する変速機を有する手段である請求項8記載の駆動装置。
- 前記接続解除手段により前記回転軸と前記駆動軸とが接続されているときには、前記第2動力伝達手段における動力の伝達による前記回転軸の回転に対する前記駆動軸の回転が前記第1動力伝達手段における動力の伝達による前記回転数の回転に対する前記駆動軸の回転に同期するよう前記第2動力伝達手段を制御する制御手段を備える請求項5ないし9いずれか記載の駆動装置。
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
前記駆動軸に駆動力を出力する請求項1ないし10いずれか記載の駆動装置と、
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力との入出力を伴って前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸に出力可能な電力動力入出力手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。
