Abstract
【解決手段】メソ細孔を有しているメソ多孔性炭素、メソ多孔性炭素の外面にのみコーティングされている伝導性高分子、及びリチウム塩及び有機溶媒からなる有機電解液を含むメソ多孔性炭素複合体、その製造方法、それを含んだ担持触媒、及びそれを含有した電極を備えた燃料電池である。これにより、その表面に伝導性高分子がコーティングされて、面抵抗が減少して電気エネルギーを効率的に伝達できる。このようなメソ多孔性炭素複合体は、燃料電池用の電極の導電材料や電極の触媒担体として利用でき、特に電極の触媒担体として使用する場合、このような触媒担体を含有した担持触媒を利用すれば、効率などの性能が改善された燃料電池を製作できる。

Description
フェナントレン0.8g及びp−トルエン硫酸2.4gをアセトン6mLに完全に溶解させて、均一な炭素前駆体混合物を製造した。前記炭素前駆体混合物を4:3:2の質量比で分けて、溶液A,B,Cを製造した。前記溶液AをOMSの一種であるSBA−15 1gに含浸させた。前記のように含浸させたSBA−15を常温のフードで30分間乾燥させた後、160℃の温度で2時間乾燥させた。乾燥させた結果物に前記溶液Bを含浸させた後、前記と同様に乾燥させた。このような過程を前記溶液Cに対して順次に同様に行った。乾燥された前記試料を常温まで冷却させ、1時間の間に徐々に200℃まで昇温させた後、6時間維持した。次いで、4時間の間に徐々に900℃まで昇温させ、2時間維持してOMS−炭素複合体を形成した。
フェナントレン0.8g及びp−トルエン硫酸2.4gをアセトン6mLに完全に溶解させて、均一な前駆体混合物を製造した。前記前駆体混合物を4:3:2の質量比で分けて、溶液A,B,Cを製造した。前記溶液AをOMSの一種であるSBA−15 1gに含浸させた。前記のように含浸させたSBA−15を常温のフードで30分間乾燥させた後、160℃の温度で2時間乾燥させた。
前記実施例1によって得たメソ多孔性炭素複合体0.5gをビニルバックに入れた後、H2PtCl6 0.9616gを1.5mlのアセトンに溶解させた。前記溶液を前記メソ多孔性炭素体が入っているビニルバックに入れて混合した。
前記実施例1のメソ多孔性炭素複合体の代わりに、前記比較例1で製造した結果物に対して前記実施例2と同じ方法でPtを担持させて、担持触媒及び燃料電池を製造した。
Claims (12)
- メソ細孔を有するメソ多孔性炭素と、
前記メソ多孔性炭素の外面にのみコーティングされている伝導性高分子と、
リチウム塩及び有機溶媒を含む有機電解液と、
を含むことを特徴とする、メソ多孔性炭素複合体。 - 前記伝導性高分子は、ポリピロール、ポリアニリン、ポリチオフェン及びポリ(p−フェニレン)からなる群から選択された一つ以上の高分子、または、前記高分子を構成する単量体とビニル系単量体との共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のメソ多孔性炭素複合体。
- 前記伝導性高分子の含量は、前記メソ多孔性炭素100質量部を基準として0.5〜8質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のメソ多孔性炭素複合体。
- 前記メソ多孔性炭素の前記メソ細孔の平均直径が2〜10nmであり、
前記メソ多孔性炭素複合体の比表面積が200〜2000m2/gであり、面抵抗が75.4kgf/cm2で30〜100mΩ/cm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のメソ多孔性炭素複合体。 - 前記リチウム塩の含量は、前記メソ多孔性炭素100質量部を基準として0.1〜10質量部であり、
前記有機溶媒の含量は、前記メソ多孔性炭素100質量部を基準として0.01〜10質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のメソ多孔性炭素複合体。 - CuK−α特性X線波長の1.541Åに対するブラック2θ角の主ピークが、少なくとも1.0±0.4°で表れ、10°以内で一つ以上のピークが表れることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のメソ多孔性炭素複合体。
- (a)炭素前駆体、酸及び溶媒を混合して炭素前駆体混合物を得る工程と、
(b)メソ多孔性シリカに前記炭素前駆体混合物を含浸し、それを熱処理及び炭化処理を実施してメソ多孔性シリカ−炭素複合体を形成する工程と、
(c)前記メソ多孔性シリカ−炭素複合体、伝導性高分子形成用のモノマー及び溶媒を混合して、前記メソ多孔性シリカ−炭素複合体の表面に伝導性高分子形成用のモノマーを提供する工程と、
(d)前記(c)段階で提供されたモノマーを重合する工程と、
(e)前記重合された結果物からメソ多孔性シリカを除去する工程と、
(f)前記(e)工程から得た結果物にリチウム塩及び有機溶媒を含む有機電解液をドーピングする工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、メソ多孔性炭素複合体の製造方法。 - 前記伝導性高分子形成用のモノマーは、ピロール、アニリン及びチオフェンからなる群から選択された一つ以上であり、
前記伝導性高分子形成用のモノマーの含量は、炭素−メソ多孔性シリカ複合体100質量部を基準として0.1〜10質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のメソ多孔性炭素複合体の製造方法。 - 前記(d)工程の重合は、0〜60℃の範囲でなされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のメソ多孔性炭素複合体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のメソ多孔性炭素複合体と、
前記メソ多孔性炭素複合体に担持された金属触媒粒子と、
を含むことを特徴とする、担持触媒。 - 前記金属触媒粒子の含量は、前記担持触媒100質量部を基準として40〜80質量部であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の担持触媒。
- カソードと、アノードと、前記カソードとアノードとの間に介在された電解質と、
を含む燃料電池において、
前記カソード及びアノードのうち少なくとも一つは、請求項10に記載の担持触媒を含むことを特徴とする、燃料電池。
