Abstract
【解決手段】 触媒劣化抑制フラグFcに値1がセットされて触媒劣化抑制制御が要請されているときには、バッテリの入力制限Winの範囲内でエンジンを失火しない範囲内の回転数変化量Nrt1でエンジンの運転ポイントが最適燃費動作ライン上で変化すると共に要求制動力Tr*が駆動軸であるリングギヤ軸に出力されるようエンジンの運転と二つのモータのトルク指令Tm1*,Tm2*を設定して制御する(S200〜S250)。これにより、安定してエンジンの回転数Neを低下させて目標回転数Ne*にすることができると共に触媒劣化抑制制御を行なっている最中の燃費を向上させることができる。

駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記駆動軸に出力すべき要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の爆発燃焼を継続する爆発燃焼継続条件が成立していないときには前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の間欠運転を含めて該内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定し、前記爆発燃焼継続条件が成立しているときには前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の運転継続をもって該内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定する目標運転状態設定手段と、
前記爆発燃焼継続条件が成立している最中に前記駆動軸に制動力または軽負荷を出力する所定の駆動状態ではないときには前記内燃機関が前記設定された目標運転状態で運転されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記所定の駆動状態のときには前記内燃機関の爆発燃焼の継続を伴って所定の制約を満たす経路をもって該内燃機関の運転状態が前記設定された目標運転状態に至ると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、

(a)前記内燃機関の爆発燃焼を継続する爆発燃焼継続条件が成立していないときには駆動軸に出力すべき要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の間欠運転を含めて該内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定し、前記爆発燃焼継続条件が成立しているときには前記要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の運転継続をもって該内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定し、
(b)前記爆発燃焼継続条件が成立している最中に前記駆動軸に制動力または軽負荷を出力する所定の駆動状態ではないときには前記内燃機関が前記設定した目標運転状態で運転されると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記所定の駆動状態のときには前記内燃機関の爆発燃焼の継続を伴って所定の制約を満たす経路をもって該内燃機関の運転状態が前記設定した目標運転状態に至ると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する、

- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記駆動軸に出力すべき要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の爆発燃焼を継続する爆発燃焼継続条件が成立していないときには前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の間欠運転を含めて該内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定し、前記爆発燃焼継続条件が成立しているときには前記設定された要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の運転継続をもって該内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定する目標運転状態設定手段と、
前記爆発燃焼継続条件が成立している最中に前記駆動軸に制動力または軽負荷を出力する所定の駆動状態ではないときには前記内燃機関が前記設定された目標運転状態で運転されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記所定の駆動状態のときには前記内燃機関の爆発燃焼の継続を伴って所定の制約を満たす経路をもって該内燃機関の運転状態が前記設定された目標運転状態に至ると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、

前記制御手段は、前記検出された充電可能範囲内で前記内燃機関の爆発燃焼を伴って前記所定の制約を満たす経路で該内燃機関の運転状態が前記設定された目標運転状態に至るよう制御する手段である

- 前記所定の回転数は、前記所定の駆動状態ではないときに前記内燃機関の運転状態を前記設定された目標運転状態に至るように制御する際の単位時間あたりの回転数より小さな回転数である請求項4記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記内燃機関は、触媒を用いて排ガスを浄化する排ガス浄化装置が取り付けられてなり、
前記爆発燃焼継続条件は、前記排ガス浄化装置の触媒の劣化を抑制する触媒劣化抑制制御が実行されている条件である
動力出力装置。 - 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と回転軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機と、を備える手段である請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、車軸が前記駆動軸に連結されてなる車両。
- 内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と駆動軸とに接続され電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸に出力する電力動力入出力手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)前記内燃機関の爆発燃焼を継続する爆発燃焼継続条件が成立していないときには駆動軸に出力すべき要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の間欠運転を含めて該内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定し、前記爆発燃焼継続条件が成立しているときには前記要求駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関の運転継続をもって該内燃機関の目標運転状態を設定し、
(b)前記爆発燃焼継続条件が成立している最中に前記駆動軸に制動力または軽負荷を出力する所定の駆動状態ではないときには前記内燃機関が前記設定した目標運転状態で運転されると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記所定の駆動状態のときには前記内燃機関の爆発燃焼の継続を伴って所定の制約を満たす経路をもって該内燃機関の運転状態が前記設定した目標運転状態に至ると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する、
