Abstract
【解決手段】複数種類の熱可塑性樹脂のうち少なくとも1種の熱可塑性樹脂に気泡核形成剤と発泡性ガスとを混合して、金型のキャビティの中で積層されるように複数種類の熱可塑性樹脂を金型のキャビティに射出充填し、その後、金型のキャビティの容積を拡大して、気泡核形成剤と発泡性ガスとが混合された少なくとも1種の熱可塑性樹脂を発泡させる多層成形方法である。この多層成形方法は、発泡性ガスを、0.1MPa以上1.0MPa未満の圧力で、複数の射出装置のうち少なくとも1つの射出装置へ供給するところに特徴がある。

Claims (10)
- 成形材料である複数種類の熱可塑性樹脂の可塑化及び射出を行う複数の射出装置と、その複数の射出装置から射出をされた熱可塑性樹脂が充填される成形空間であるキャビティを備えた金型と、その金型の型締を行うとともに金型を開閉して前記キャビティの容積を拡大縮小し得る型締装置と、を用い、
前記複数種類の熱可塑性樹脂のうち少なくとも1種の熱可塑性樹脂に発泡性ガスを混合して、前記金型のキャビティの中で積層されるように前記複数種類の熱可塑性樹脂を金型のキャビティに射出充填し、その後、金型のキャビティの容積を拡大して、前記発泡性ガスが混合された少なくとも1種の熱可塑性樹脂を発泡させる多層成形方法であって、
前記発泡性ガスを、0.1MPa以上1.0MPa未満の圧力で、前記複数の射出装置のうち少なくとも1つの射出装置へ供給し、その射出装置で可塑化をされた前記熱可塑性樹脂と発泡性ガスとの混合を行う熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。 - 射出装置へ供給される前記発泡性ガスの圧力が、0.5MPa以上1.0MPa未満である請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 射出装置へ供給される前の発泡性ガスに気泡核形成剤を予め含めておき、前記金型のキャビティへ射出充填される熱可塑性樹脂に気泡核形成剤を含有させる請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 成形材料である熱可塑性樹脂に気泡核形成剤を予め含めておき、前記金型のキャビティへ射出充填される熱可塑性樹脂に気泡核形成剤を含有させる請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 前記気泡核形成剤が、酸化鉄、珪酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機酸、珪酸アルミニウム、ガラス繊維、及びタルク、のうちの何れか1又は2以上の混合物である請求項3又は4に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 前記発泡性ガスの前記射出装置への供給が、圧力制御で行われる請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 前記発泡性ガスの供給先が、可塑化をされる前の熱可塑性樹脂の投入口にあたる前記射出装置のホッパ、又は可塑化を行う前記射出装置のシリンダにおける可塑化をされた後の熱可塑性樹脂の中である請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 前記発泡性ガスが、空気、二酸化炭素、窒素からなる無機ガス群のうちの何れか1の無機ガス又は2以上が混合された無機ガスである請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法で作製された自動車内装用多層成形品。
- 複数種類の熱可塑性樹脂が多層に成形され、前記複数種類の熱可塑性樹脂のうち少なくとも1種の熱可塑性樹脂からなる1つの層が発泡をしている多層成形品を製造するための装置であって、
成形材料である複数種類の熱可塑性樹脂の可塑化及び射出を行う複数の射出装置と、その複数の射出装置から射出をされた熱可塑性樹脂が充填される成形空間であるキャビティを備えた金型と、その金型の型締を行うとともに金型を開閉して前記キャビティの容積を拡大縮小し得る型締装置と、前記発泡のための発泡性ガス及び気泡核形成剤をそれぞれ供給する発泡性ガス供給装置及び気泡核形成剤供給装置と、を備える多層成形装置。
