Claims (9)
- 成形材料である熱可塑性樹脂の可塑化及び射出を行う射出装置と、その射出装置から射出をされた熱可塑性樹脂が充填される成形空間であるキャビティを備えた金型と、その金型の型締を行うとともに金型を開閉して前記キャビティの容積を拡大縮小し得る型締装置と、を用い、
予め前記金型のキャビティに表皮材をセットした後に、前記型締装置によって金型の型締を行うとともに、
前記射出装置で熱可塑性樹脂の可塑化を行い、その可塑化をされた熱可塑性樹脂と発泡用ガスとの混合を行い、発泡用ガスが混合をされた熱可塑性樹脂を、前記型締をされた金型のキャビティへ射出充填し、その射出充填された熱可塑性樹脂と予めキャビティにセットされた前記表皮材とを一体的に貼り合わせた後に、
前記型締装置によって前記キャビティの容積を拡大し、前記発泡用ガスが混合をされた熱可塑性樹脂を発泡させて、表皮材からなる表皮層と、熱可塑性樹脂からなる発泡層と、を備えた多層成形品を得る多層成形方法であって、
前記発泡用ガスを、0.1MPa以上1.0MPa未満の圧力で、前記射出装置へ供給し、前記射出装置で可塑化をされた前記熱可塑性樹脂と発泡用ガスとの混合を行う熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。 - 熱可塑性樹脂を発泡させた後に、前記型締装置によって前記キャビティの容積を更に拡大し、前記表皮材と前記金型のキャビティを形成する面との間に隙間を生じさせて、前記表皮材の風合い回復を図る請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 射出装置へ供給される前記発泡用ガスの圧力が、0.5MPa以上1.0MPa未満である請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 射出装置へ供給される前の発泡用ガスに気泡核形成剤を予め含めておき、前記金型のキャビティへ射出充填される熱可塑性樹脂に気泡核形成剤を含有させる請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 成形材料である熱可塑性樹脂に気泡核形成剤を予め含めておき、前記金型のキャビティへ射出充填される熱可塑性樹脂に気泡核形成剤を含有させる請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 前記気泡核形成剤が、酸化鉄、珪酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、有機酸、珪酸アルミニウム、ガラス繊維、及びタルクからなる群のうちの何れか1又は2以上の混合物である請求項4又は5に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 前記発泡用ガスの前記射出装置への供給が、圧力制御で行われる請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 前記発泡用ガスの供給先が、可塑化をされる前の熱可塑性樹脂の投入口にあたる前記射出装置のホッパ、又は可塑化を行う前記射出装置のシリンダにおける可塑化をされた後の熱可塑性樹脂の中である請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
- 前記発泡用ガスが、空気、二酸化炭素、窒素からなる無機ガス群のうちの何れか1の無機ガス又は2以上が混合された無機ガスである請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂の多層成形方法。
