Abstract
【解決手段】本願発明は、測定チューブ(1)及びボビン(9)及びそれに装着される巻線(10)を有するマグネットコイル(7)を具備し、測定チューブ(1)に振動を励起し、それによる測定チューブ(1)の振動を検出する質量流量の測定装置において、前記マグネットコイル(7)のボビン(9)が、少なくとも1W/(Km)の熱伝導率を有することを特徴とするものである。これにより、冷却シートなしに、その近傍において十分に熱を放散することができ、コリオリ原理を利用する質量流量の測定装置の効率を改善することができる。

Claims (5)
- コリオリ原理によって作動され、測定チューブ(1)及び該測定チューブ(1)に振動を励起し且つ振動を検出する振動発生装置(5)及び/若しくは振動センサ(6)を有し、前記振動発生装置(5)及び振動センサ(6)がボビン(7)及びそれに装着される巻線(10)を有するマグネットコイル(7)を具備する質量流量の測定装置において、
前記マグネットコイル(7)のボビン(9)が、少なくとも1W/(Km)の熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする質量流量の測定装置。 - 前記マグネットコイル(7)のボビン(9)が、少なくとも1.5W/(Km)、好ましくは少なくとも5W/(Km)、より好ましくは少なくとも10W/(Km)の熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の質量流量の測定装置。
- 前記マグネットコイル(7)のボビン(9)が、熱伝導性エラストマーを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の質量流量の測定装置。
- 前記熱伝導性エラストマーが、熱伝導性ポリフェニレンスルフィドであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の質量流量の測定装置。
- 前記マグネットコイル(7)のボビン(9)が、熱伝導性セラミックを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の質量流量の測定装置。
