Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による二次電池は、端子部を容易に製造できるように、各々活物質が塗布されたコーティング部と活物質が塗布されていない無地部とを含む正極、負極、及び前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極群、前記電極群の挿入のための開口部を有し、前記電極群が内蔵されるケース、前記開口部に結合されるギャッププレート、前記ギャッププレートに形成された貫通口に結合されると共に前記ケースの外側に配置される電極端子、並びに前記貫通口より大きい断面積を有するフランジ部、及び前記フランジ部と一体に形成されて前記無地部に接続された無地部接触部とを含む。

この図5を参照すれば、集電部36は、前述の例の集電部と同様に、フランジ部36aと無地部接触部36bを含む。ここで、フランジ部36aのフランジ面26cには電極端子31が連結される。

Claims (11)
- 各々活物質が塗布されたコーティング部と活物質が塗布されていない無地部とを含む正極、負極、及び前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極群;
前記電極群の挿入のための開口部を有し、前記電極群が内蔵されるケース;
前記開口部に結合されるギャッププレート;
前記ギャッププレートに形成された貫通口に結合されると共に前記ケースの外側に配置される電極端子;
及び、
前記貫通口より大きい断面積を有するフランジ部と、前記フランジ部と一体に形成されて前記無地部に接続された無地部接触部とを含む集電部;
を含む二次電池。 - 前記集電部は、前記フランジ部から前記無地部接触部側に行くほど広く広がるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記フランジ部は、前記無地部接触部側に行くほど厚さが減少することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記開口部が前記ケースに対向配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極端子は、前記フランジ部の上端面に一体に突出形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部の断面は長方形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部は、角部が円くなった構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無地部接触部は均一な厚さに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは角形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電部は鍛造加工によって製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はモーター駆動用であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
