Claims (7)
- 正極、負極、及びこの正極及び前記負極の間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極群と、
前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと、
前記ケースと結合されて、これを密閉するキャップ組立体と、を含み、
前記キャップ組立体は、少なくとも一部分が複層構造に形成されるベントプレートを含み、
前記ベントプレートは、先端が前記ベントプレートに密着するように内側に折り曲げられて形成されたビーディング部を有することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記キャップ組立体は、ガスケットを媒介として前記ケースと組立てられて、前記ビーディング部は、前記ガスケットに接触するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ビーディング部の幅は、このビーディング部が接触する前記ガスケットとの密着面と同一か大きく形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ビーディング部は前記電極群に向かって配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記ビーディング部は前記電極群とは反対の方向に向かって配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は円筒形であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はモータ駆動用であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
