Abstract
【解決手段】 レーザ光の照射によって記録マークが形成されるもので、レーザ光の照射前の光反射率よりもレーザ光の照射により形成される記録マーク部分の光反射率の方が高くなる情報記憶媒体であって、情報記憶媒体の内周に放射状の管理情報を格納するBCA21を備え、BCA21は、円周方向に放射状のBCAパターン22が複数形成され、放射状のBCAパターン22は未記録状態とし、放射状のBCAパターン22以外のBCA21は記録状態とすることを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- レーザ光の照射によって記録マークが形成されるもので、前記レーザ光の照射前の光反射率よりも前記レーザ光の照射により形成される前記記録マーク部分の光反射率の方が高くなる情報記憶媒体であって、
前記情報記憶媒体の内周に放射状の管理情報を格納する管理情報エリアを備え、
前記放射状のパターンは未記録状態とし、前記放射状のパターン以外の前記管理情報エリアは記録状態とすることを特徴とする情報記憶媒体。 - 前記未記録部分と前記記録部分を再生した際、前記未記録部分の再生信号の極性はLレベル、前記記録部分の再生信号の極性はHレベルとなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の情報記憶媒体。
- 前記放射状のパターン以外の前記管理情報エリアは一周に渡って全て記録されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の情報記憶媒体。
- 請求項1記載の情報記憶媒体に記録された情報を再生する再生方法であって、
前記情報記憶媒体にレーザ光を照射し、このレーザ光の反射光に基いて前記情報を再生することを特徴とする再生方法。 - 請求項1記載の情報記憶媒体に情報を記録する記録方法であって、
前記情報記憶媒体にレーザ光を照射し、前記情報を記録することを特徴とする記録方法。 - 放射状の管理情報を格納する管理情報エリアを備え、前記放射状のパターンは未記録状態とし、前記放射状のパターン以外の前記管理情報エリアは記録状態とする情報記憶媒体に前記管理情報を記録する記録装置において、
レーザ光を照射する照射手段と、
前記照射手段をレーザ光出力のオンオフを制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記放射状のパターンには前記レーザ光をオフさせ、前記放射状のパターン以外の前記管理情報エリアには前記レーザ光をオンさせることを特徴とする記録装置。
