Abstract
【解決手段】 低温液化ガスを貯留する内槽12と、該内槽の外側に断熱層13を介して設けられた外槽14とを有する低温液化ガス貯槽11において、前記外槽を外槽下部部材16と外槽上部部材17とに分割し、内槽内に連通する配管15を内槽下方に集中させて配管保持部材18で保持し、前記外槽下部部材に前記配管保持部材を取り付ける配管貫通孔17aを形成するとともに、貯槽設置場所で前記外槽下部部材の上部に前記内槽を載置し、かつ、前記配管貫通孔に前記配管保持部材を取り付けて内槽と外槽下部部材とを一体化し、該内槽と一体化した外槽下部部材の上部に前記外槽上部部材を組み付けて接合一体化させる。

Claims (4)
- 低温液化ガスを貯留する内槽と、該内槽の外側に断熱層を介して設けられた外槽とを有する低温液化ガス貯槽において、前記外槽を外槽下部部材と外槽上部部材とに分割し、内槽内に連通する配管を内槽下方に集中させて配管保持部材で保持し、前記外槽下部部材に前記配管保持部材を取り付ける配管貫通孔を形成するとともに、貯槽設置場所で前記外槽下部部材の上部に前記内槽を載置し、かつ、前記配管貫通孔に前記配管保持部材を取り付けて内槽と外槽下部部材とを一体化し、該内槽と一体化した外槽下部部材の上部に前記外槽上部部材を組み付けて接合一体化したことを特徴とする低温液化ガス貯槽。
- 前記内槽は、該内槽の底部と前記外槽下部部材の底部内側とを接合する内槽支持脚によって前記外槽下部部材の底部上面に組み付けられ、前記内槽支持脚は、外槽下部部材の底部下面に設けられている貯槽支持脚に、外槽下部部材底板部を介して荷重を支持される位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の低温液化ガス貯槽。
- 前記外槽上部部材は、前記断熱層を真空引きするための真空引き用配管を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の低温液化ガス貯槽。
- 前記内槽は、前記断熱層を真空引きするための真空引き用配管を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の低温液化ガス貯槽。
