Abstract
【解決手段】シャフト炉式廃棄物溶融炉1に廃棄物を装入し、廃棄物を乾燥、熱分解、燃焼、溶融処理する廃棄物溶融処理方法において、中空筒状の炭化物9をシャフト炉炉内に装入して廃棄物の溶融熱源及び還元剤として使用する。

Claims (10)
- 廃棄物をシャフト炉型の廃棄物溶融炉で直接溶融処理する廃棄物溶融処理方法において、中空筒状の炭化物をシャフト炉炉内に装入して廃棄物の溶融熱源及び還元剤として使用することを特徴とする廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 断面形状が、外径30〜60mmで内部に直径10〜30mmの空胴を持ち、その比率が外径をD、内径をdとするとd/Dが0.1〜0.5の範囲にある中空筒状の固形物を乾留した炭化物を使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 平均粒径1mm以下の木材粉を乾燥し水分10質量%以下とした原料を用いた中空筒状の炭化物を使用することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 原料を、50〜400℃に加熱したダイスを持つ乾式のスクリュー型押出成型機により加熱加圧成型した中空筒状の固形物を乾留した炭化物を使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 乾留温度が600〜1200℃の範囲で乾留した中空筒状の炭化物を使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 中空筒状の炭化物の使用量が廃棄物に対して質量比0.5〜10%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 使用する中空筒状炭化物の軸方向の長さ30mm以下が30質量%以内、かつ軸方向の長さ300mm以上が5質量%以内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 使用する炭化物を1000℃の空気中に30分曝露する場合の、曝露前後の質量減少が30%以内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 使用する炭化物を1000℃の空気中に30分曝露した後の圧潰強度が1000N以上でかつ揮発分が20質量%以下及び/又は真比重が1.2〜2.0g/cm3の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 乾留熱源として、廃棄物溶融炉から発生する可燃性ガス、その燃焼排ガス、廃棄物溶融炉の後流側にとりつけた廃熱ボイラから発生した蒸気のいずれかを使用することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
