Abstract
【解決手段】 被塗布物に対向させて配置されるヘッド部材の長手方向の縁部に延在させて支持され、互いに間隙をあけて塗布液の流路を形成する複数のリップ部材とを備え、このリップ部材は、重量%で、C:0.6%〜3.0%、Cr:11.5%〜30.0%、V:1.0%〜10.0%、Si:2.0%以下、Mn:2.0%以下を含み、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物の粉末ステンレス鋼で形成されてなることを特徴とするものである。

Claims (3)
- 被塗布物に対向させて配置されるヘッド部材と、該ヘッド部材の長手方向の縁部に延在させて支持され、互いに間隙をあけて塗布液の流路を形成する複数のリップ部材とを備え、
前記リップ部材は、重量%で、C:0.6%〜3.0%、Cr:11.5%〜30.0%、V:1.0%〜10.0%、Si:2.0%以下、Mn:2.0%以下を含み、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物の粉末ステンレス鋼で形成されていることを特徴とする塗布ヘッド。 - 前記リップ部材は、前記ヘッド部材に挿通されるボルトが螺合され、該ボルトの引張力によって前記ヘッド部材に固定されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗布ヘッド。
- 被塗布物に対向させて配置される前ヘッド部材及び後ヘッド部材と、該各ヘッド部材の長手方向の縁部にそれぞれ延在させて形成され、互いに間隔をあけて塗布液の流路を形成する前リップ部材と後リップ部材とを備え、
前記前ヘッド部材及び前記前リップ部材と前記後ヘッド部材及び前記後リップ部材とは、それぞれ一体に形成され、重量%で、C:0.6%〜3.0%、Cr:11.5%〜30.0%、V:1.0%〜10.0%、Si:2.0%以下、Mn:2.0%以下を含み、残部がFe及び不可避的不純物の粉末ステンレス鋼からなることを特徴とする塗布ヘッド。
