Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.異なる化学組成を有する2つ以上のステンレス鋼材料を600バールを超え る圧力及び1000℃を超える温度で熱間静水圧成形により互いに接合させ、圧 密体を達成するための該熱間静水圧成形前の該2つ以上のステンレス鋼材料のう ち少くとも1つが粉末からなることを特徴とする、複合金属製品の製造に関する 方法。 2.2つのステンレス鋼が、そのうちの一方の鋼がエッチングにより他の鋼より も実質的により強く暗黒色に着色されるように異なる組成を有することを特徴と する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記2つ以上のステンレス鋼材料をカプセル(1、20)中で異なる層に配 置し、該カプセルから空気を排出し、その後カプセルを密閉して前記熱間静水圧 処理を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記2つ以上のステンレス鋼材料の少くとも1つが均質であり且つ1つ以上 のストリップ又はプレートの形を有し、これをカプセル内に配列するか又はカプ セルの1つ以上の壁とし、また、前記少くとも1つの粉状材料をカプセル内の前 記少くとも1つの均質なステンレス鋼材料と接触させ、カプセルを密閉する前に カプセルから空気を排出し、そのあと圧密体を実現するために前記熱間静水圧処 理を行うことを特徴とする、 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.前記ステンレス鋼材料の1つが好ましくはマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼で あって粉状の形状を有し、これを、前記カプセル内に供給されているか又はカプ セルの1つ以上の壁を形成している他のステンレス鋼材料のプレート又はストリ ップの間に供給することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方 法。 6.前記ステンレス鋼材料の1つが、前記少くとも1つの粉末状ステンレス鋼材 料の粒子よりも実質的に大きいチップ、フレーク、削り屑、又は類似の不規則な 形の粒子からなり、該大きな不規則に形成された粒子が、少なくとも1つの粉末 状ステンレス材料内へ、圧密体への前記熱間静水圧成形前に組み込まれることを 特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.異なる組成を有するステンレス鋼の粉末をカプセル中の異なるゾーンに導入 し、それぞれの粉末用のチャンネル(10)又は空間(12)を通してカプセル 内部断面上に分配し、該チャンネル及び/又は空間は断面内で細長く延びて交互 しており、これによって異なるタイプの粉末がカプセル中で異種粉末の多数の細 長い層を形成し、該層が熱間静水圧成形後に圧密体中に層状構造を形成すること を特徴とする、請求項1〜 4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.第1のステンレス鋼の粉末のみをカプセル中心線周囲の空間へ供給し、該空 間の外側領域の少くとも若干の部分へ、第2のステンレス鋼の粉末の層と交互す る層状に前記第1のステンレス鋼の粉末を供給し、それにより、カプセルの内容 物の熱間静水圧成形後、第1のステンレス鋼からなる均質な芯と、第1のステン レス鋼の層と第2のステンレス鋼の層が交互する多数の細長い層からなる該芯の 外側領域とを有する圧密体が得られ、その結果、該域の圧密体が2つの異なるス テンレス材料からなる層状構造を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 9.前記圧密体を鍛造及び/又は熱間圧延による塑性加工を行って断面が縮小し た素材を得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.前記層状構造の層間に存在するすべての実質的に平面の平行をゆがめるた めに前記素材を塑性変形により変形させ、その後、該ゆがんだ層状構造を有する 素材を鍛造及び/又は熱間圧延により最終寸法までさらに塑性加工することを特 徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。 11.最終寸法にする前記最終加工前の素材中の層状構造の前記ゆがみを、該素 材をその端部に位置するひだと共に加工することにより、及び/又は該素材をら せん状に捩ることにより達成することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記素材をストリップの形に圧延することを特徴とする、請求項9〜11 のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.前記材料のうちの1つが焼入れ可能なマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼から なることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.前記第2の材料がオーステナイト系、フェライト系又はフェライト−オー ステナイト系ステンレス鋼からなるか、あるいは前記第1の焼入れ可能なマルテ ンサイト系ステンレス鋼よりも実質的に低炭素含量であるマルテンサイト系ステ ンレス鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。 15.前記ストリップをその中心線に沿って2つの半片に切断し、この切断スト リップをナイフの刃の製造に使用し、その際にその刃先は該ストリップの切断線 に隣接する材料でつくり、該材料は、焼入れ可能なマルテンサイト系ステンレス 鋼からなる前記第1のステンレス鋼材料の前記均質な芯の材料からなることを特 徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。 16.前記第1のマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼が、0.5C,最大1.0Si ,最大1.0Mn,11〜18Cr,最大5Mo,合計で最大5のV,Nb,W , バランス量の実質的な鉄、及び不純物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13〜1 5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 17.前記高炭素マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼が0.6〜1.3Cを含むこと を特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。 18.エッチングによって異なる鋼グレード間に明瞭なコントラスト効果を付与 するために、前記カプセル中の実質的に異なる組成を有する異なるステンレス鋼 の層間の少くとも1層中に前記マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼を供給することを 特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 19.カプセル内で異なる組成を有するステンレス鋼の層間に供給するマルテン サイト系ステンレス鋼が粉末形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載 の方法。
