Description
Claims (17)
- コネクタ(9、10)を介して電圧を印加することにより加熱される導電性コーティング(3)と、コーティングから電気的に絶縁され、少なくとも1つの適切な電気コネクタ(5E)を設けられた導電性部分面(5、5T)とを保持する少なくとも1つの剛体板ガラス(2)、特に窓ガラスを有する板素子(1)であって、部分面(5、5T)が接地電位への接続のために設けられることを特徴とする、板素子。
- コーティング(3)を有する剛体窓ガラス(2)に溶着される部分面(5)が、少なくとも1つの分離線(4)によりコーティング(3)から絶縁される、請求項1に記載の板素子。
- 少なくとも2つの相互に平行な分離線(4)が設けられることと、前記線の間に囲まれる中性または自由電位領域(5)が互いに電気的に絶縁される部分に分割されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の板素子。
- 部分面(5、5T)が特に別の材料で製造されるコーティングとは別々に作製され、窓ガラスの表面に溶着される、請求項1に記載の板素子。
- 部分面(5)が窓ガラス(2)の外縁部に位置し、特に加熱面の周りの枠の形状で延在する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の板素子。
- 加熱コーティング(3)が国内電源電圧での動作に関して調節されることと、部分面(5、5T)が接地保護導体、特に電源電圧からの保護のための接地導体への接続のために設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の板素子。
- コーティング(3)が、窓ガラス(2)が強化される前に表面に溶着される、高熱抵抗の層状システムにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の板素子。
- 電気加熱電圧をコーティング(3)にもたらすためのコネクタと、部分面(5)に接続されるコネクタとが、接続領域(8)内で局地的に共にグループ化されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の板素子。
- 少なくとも1つの平坦な電極(5E、9、10)が、部分面(5)とコーティング(3)を電気的に接触させるための各コネクタと関連付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または8に記載の板素子。
- 電極(5E、9、10)が、加熱コーティング(3)が溶着される前または後に、導電性スクリーン印刷ペーストを塗布し、好ましくは焼成することにより作製されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の板素子。
- 別の板が剛体窓ガラス(2)の被覆面に積層されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の板素子。
- 絶縁グレージングユニット用のスペーシング枠が窓ガラス(2)の被覆面の縁部領域に接合され、それを介して別の剛体窓ガラスがコーティングを支持する窓ガラス(2)に固着されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の板素子。
- 少なくとも1つの凹部が、板素子用の外部電気コネクタを導入するために、互いに結合された剛体板のうち1つに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の板素子。
- 凹部が、接続領域(8)を有する空間配置内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項8または13に記載の板素子。
- 少なくとも接続領域(8)がマスクにより視界から遮蔽されることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の板素子。
- 平坦な電極が可視の装飾要素を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の板素子。
- 窓のグレージング、鏡、または表面熱の生成を必要とする家庭用電気機器で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の板素子。
