Abstract
Description
有利な態様は従属請求項に説明されている。
顆粒物のための運動装置として、特に所謂結晶化樋(Kristallisationsrinne)が予定される。この結晶化樋は、その構造において、顆粒物搬送樋に類似しているが、搬送方向で見て、堰によって互いに分けられた相前後するチャンバーに分かれている。結晶化樋は振動モータを有し、その中にある顆粒物を持続的に動かし、その固有エネルギーを他の顆粒物に与え得る。個々のチャンバーにおいてPET顆粒物の循環が起き、顆粒物のくっつきはもはや可能でない。
図1において、符号1でメルトポンプと篩い交換器を示す。上記篩い交換器に矢印F1に対応してポリエステルが供給される。篩い交換器の出口に水中造粒機2が備えられ、これによって球体形状若しくはレンズ形状の顆粒物が製造される。この顆粒物は搬送装置によって水/固体分離装置3、例えば遠心分離機へ導かれる。その際、搬送は好ましくは80°以上の温度を有する処理水によって行われる。顆粒物は水/固体分離装置3を110°以上の温度で離れ、搬送樋4に供給される。当該搬送樋には符号5で空気が供給され、搬送装置4を符号6で出て、湿気の排出がなされる。搬送装置4は、搬送方向に対して直交する堰7を備えた搬送樋として形成される。顆粒物は100°以上の顆粒物温度で搬送装置4を離れ、所謂顆粒物スイッチ8を介して後処理装置9か貯蔵庫10のいずれかへ供給され得る。この顆粒物は40%以上結晶化され良好な取り扱い性となる。

Claims (13)
- 部分結晶化を達成するためにポリエステルパレットを熱処理する方法において、ポリエステル溶融物が水中造粒機に供給され、粒状にされ、得られた顆粒物が水/固体分離装置に送り込まれ、乾燥した顆粒物が100℃より高い顆粒物温度で運動装置に送り込まれ、顆粒物は80°以上の顆粒物温度で当該運動装置を離れることを特徴とする方法。
- 顆粒物が運動装置に110°以上の顆粒物表面温度で送り込まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 顆粒物が運動装置上で動いている間に流体によって運ばれることを特徴する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 顆粒物が運動装置上で動いている間に流体によって流れ過ぎられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 水中造粒機から水/固体分離装置への顆粒物の搬送が熱い処理水を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理水の温度が98℃であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 部分結晶化をもたらす熱処理が顆粒物中に存する固有熱を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- メルトポンプと篩い交換器と水中造粒機を用いて部分結晶化を達成するためにポリエステルパレットを熱処理する方法を実施するための装置において、水中造粒機(2)と水/固体分離装置(3)に、顆粒物搬送のためのコンベア装置(4)が後続し、この搬送装置(4)上で顆粒物が動かされ、当該顆粒物自身の熱によって搬送の間に結晶化されることを特徴とする装置。
- コンベア装置(4)が振動コンベア装置として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- コンベア装置(4)が搬送樋として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 搬送樋(4)の長さにわたって分配し互いに間隔をおき夫々材料バックアップを生じる堰を備えることを特徴とする前記請求項の1つ又は多数に記載の装置。
- コンベア装置(4)がケーシングによって少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれていることを特徴とする前記請求項の1つ又は多数に記載の装置。
- 水/固体分離装置(3)として遠心分離機が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
