Abstract
Description
連打による接着性
2層ガラス積層体試料を、標準的なオートクレーブ積層体形成条件で調製する。これらの積層体を0℃に冷却し、手で持ったハンマーで連打してガラスを壊す。次に、PVBシートに接着していない破壊されたガラスの全てを取り除き、PVBシートに接着したままのガラスの量を1組の標準と目視で比較する。これらの標準は、様々な度合いでガラスがPVBシートに接着したままになっている尺度に対応している。特に、連打標準ゼロでは、PVBシートに接着したままのガラスは全く残っていない。連打標準10では、100%のガラスがPVBシートに接着したまま残っている。
この試験はPVBシートがそれ自体に接着する傾向を測定する。この試験においては、矩形の2枚のフィルムストリップを切り取り、完全に重なっている対として一緒に置く。各対の上側のシートに、同じ大きさのテープ片を接着する。フィルム対を、2枚の鋼板の間の真ん中に置き、このアセンブリに69kPaの圧力をかけて、7℃〜25℃の温度に24時間置く。次に、これらのストリップを、剥離試験機において84インチ/分の剥離速度で、90度剥離試験により剥離する。ブロッキング力は、ポンド/線インチ(PLI)として数量化される。
この試験はPVBシートを用いて製造した積層体の透明性を測定し、光源C、2度の測定者角度を用い、ASTM D1003−61(1977に再承認)−手順Aに従って実施し、ヘーズ値の測定装置は、Hazemeter、Model D25(Hunterlabが市販)である。
Claims (30)
- 脂肪酸アミドを含まないこと以外は同じ組成のポリマーシートのブロッキング力より少なくとも約50%小さいブロッキング力をもち、約3%未満のヘーズをもち、また、前記アミド添加剤を含まないこと以外は同じ組成のポリマーシートの接着値との差が20%以内の接着値をもつ、アンチブロック添加剤として脂肪酸アミドを含むポリマーシート。
- 前記アミドが脂肪酸モノアミドを含む請求項1に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記アミドが、約12から約40個の炭素原子をもつ炭化水素鎖を含む脂肪酸アミドを含む請求項1に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記脂肪酸アミドが、エルカアミド、ベヘンアミド、オレイルパルミチアミド、ステアリルエルカアミド、エルシルステラミド、ヒドロキシステアリアミド、オレイン酸ジエタノールアミド、ステアリン酸ジエタノールアミド、ポリ(エチレングリコール)オレイルアミド、ステアリアミド、前記アミドの少なくとも1種を含む組合せなどからなる群から選択される請求項3に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記ポリマーがポリビニルブチラールである請求項2に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記脂肪酸モノアミドが第2級アミドである請求項2に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記脂肪酸モノアミドがオレイルパルミチアミドである請求項4に記載のポリマーシート。
- 添加剤として用いられるオレイルパルミチアミドの全量が0.001wt%から1wt%である請求項7に記載のポリマーシート。
- 添加剤として用いられるオレイルパルミチアミドの全量が0.01wt%から0.6wt%である請求項8に記載のポリマーシート。
- 添加剤として用いられるオレイルパルミチアミドの全量が0.1wt%から0.3wt%である請求項9に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記ポリマーが、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ(エチレン−酢酸ビニル)、これらの組合せなどからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記ポリマーがポリビニルブチラールである請求項10に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記ポリマーが、樹脂100部あたり約20から80部の可塑剤を含む可塑化ポリビニルブチラールである請求項12に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記ポリマーが、樹脂100部あたり約25から60部の可塑剤を含む可塑化ポリビニルブチラールである請求項13に記載のポリマーシート。
- 前記ポリマーが可塑化ポリビニルブチラールであり、可塑剤が、トリエチレングリコールジ−(2−エチルブチレート)、トリエチレングリコールジ−(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、トリエチレングリコールジヘプタノエート、テトラエチレングリコールジヘプタノエート、ジヘキシルアジペート、ジオクチルアジペート、ヘキシルシクロヘキシルアジペート、ヘプチルおよびノニルアジペートの混合物、ジイソノニルアジペート、ヘプチルノニルアジペート、ジブチルセバケート、ならびにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項14に記載のポリマーシート。
- ポリマーシートの表面にアンチブロッキング性を付与するために、約12から約40個の炭素原子をもつ炭化水素鎖を含む脂肪酸アミドを前記ポリマーに組み入れることを含むポリマーシート製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーシートを溶融押出加工し、そして、前記アミドを前記シート表面上に付けることにより、前記脂肪酸アミドが前記ポリマーに組み入れられる請求項16に記載のポリマーシート製造方法。
- 前記アミドを溶融ポリマーの押出バッチに導入することにより、前記脂肪酸アミドが前記ポリマーに組み入れられる請求項16に記載のポリマーシート製造方法。
- ビーズ状の前記アミドを溶融ポリマーの押出バッチに導入することにより、前記脂肪酸アミドが前記ポリマーに組み入れられる請求項18に記載のポリマーシート製造方法。
- 前記アミドを可塑剤に分散させることによって前記アミドを溶融ポリマーの押出バッチに導入することにより、前記脂肪酸アミドが前記ポリマーに組み入れられる請求項18に記載のポリマーシート製造方法。
- 前記アミドを前記ポリマーシート表面上に付けることが、スプレーコーティング法、浸漬法、押出法、グラビアコーティング法、および前記方法の組合せからなる群から選択される方法により実施される請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記スプレーコーティング法が、
前記アミドを液体キャリア中に入れること、
前記アミドおよび前記液体キャリアの混合物を霧化すること、
前記の霧化された混合物を前記ポリマーシートに放射すること、及び、
前記液体キャリアを前記ポリマーシート表面から蒸発させること、
を含む請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記浸漬法が、
前記アミドを含む液体キャリアに前記ポリマーシートを浸漬すること、
前記ポリマーシートを取り出すこと、及び、
前記液体キャリアを前記ポリマーシート表面から蒸発させること、
を含む請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記グラビアコーティング押出法が、
前記アミドを液体キャリアに入れること、
前記アミドを含む前記液体キャリアを、グラビアコーティング装置を用いて、前記ポリマーが溶融している時に前記ポリマーシート上に転移させること、及び
前記液体キャリアを前記ポリマーシート表面から取り除くこと、前記溶融ポリマーおよび前記アミドを強制的にシートダイに通すこと、
を含む請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマーがポリビニルブチラールを含む請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記アミドが、約12から約40個の炭素原子をもつ炭化水素鎖をもつ脂肪酸モノアミドを含む請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸モノアミドが、エルカアミド、ベヘンアミド、オレイルパルミチアミド、ステアリルエルカアミド、エルシルステラミド、ヒドロキシステアリアミド、N,N’−エチレンビスオレアミド、N,N’−エチレンビスステアリアミド、オレイン酸ジエタノールアミド、ステアリン酸ジエタノールアミド、ポリ(エチレングリコール)オレイルアミド、ステアリアミド、前記アミドの少なくとも1種を含む組合せなどからなる群から選択される請求項26に記載の方法。
