Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其结构包括骨架层以及设置在所述骨架层上下两面的爽滑层,其创新点在于:爽滑层采用油基棕榈酰胺制备而成,爽滑层在越靠近骨架层时,油基棕榈酰胺的浓度越高,在生产PE隔离膜时,优先配比若干份不同浓度的爽滑剂,最后将爽滑剂依据浓度的大小,从高到低依次和骨架层在三层共挤设备中一体挤压成型,本发明选择油基棕榈酰胺能够对PE隔离膜的防黏系数进行有效的控制,而通过对防黏系数的控制能够对PE隔离膜的防黏类型进行划分,不同防黏系数的PE隔离膜能够应用在不同的场景,满足了不同用户的实际需要。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种PE隔离膜的生产技术领域,尤其是一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜。
背景技术:
PE塑料隔离膜常用于复合软包装材料的内层薄膜,而且也是目前应用最广泛、用量最大的一种塑料包装薄膜,约占塑料包装薄膜耗用量的40%以上,其中,PE隔离膜的最重要的性能就是防黏,其作用于在于避免PE隔离膜粘在其他物品上,然而现有的PE隔离膜的防黏系数普遍在某个区间之间,而且区间的范围比较大,用户在购买时选择性比较单一,而不同用户在购买防黏的PE隔离膜时,所应用的场景也各不相同,而这种区间范围比较大的防黏PE隔离膜,难以满足不同用户的实际需要。
发明内容:
本发明的目的提供一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其结构包括骨架层以及设置在所述骨架层上下两面的爽滑层,其创新点在于:爽滑层采用油基棕榈酰胺制备而成,爽滑层在越靠近骨架层时,油基棕榈酰胺的浓度越高,在生产PE隔离膜时,优先配比若干份不同浓度的爽滑剂,最后将爽滑剂依据浓度的大小,从高到低依次和骨架层在三层共挤设备中一体挤压成型。
进一步的,上述爽滑剂包括开口剂、油基棕榈酰胺以及分散剂。
进一步的,上述爽滑剂一共三份,油基棕榈酰胺的浓度依次为75%、80%、85%。
进一步的,上述骨架层分别和三份爽滑剂挤压成型的温度依次为80-120℃、100-140℃、150-170℃。
进一步的,上述骨架层为PE颗粒。
进一步的,上述分散剂的数均分子量为3000-5000,熔点为100-108℃。
进一步的,上述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡。
进一步的,上述开口剂为空心玻璃微珠,空心玻璃微珠的平均粒径为5-10um。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明提供了一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,油基棕榈酰胺属于仲酰胺类,这种具有较大分子量的氨类化合物有着较低的迁移速率,从而使得摩擦系数CFF值较为容易控制,因此,选择油基棕榈酰胺能够对PE隔离膜的防黏系数进行有效的控制,而通过对防黏系数的控制能够对PE隔离膜的防黏类型进行划分,不同防黏系数的PE隔离膜能够应用在不同的场景,满足了不同用户的实际需要。
2、本发明提供了一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,爽滑剂在越靠近骨架层时,油基棕榈酰胺的浓度设置的越高,而油基棕榈酰胺的浓度越高,爽滑剂在骨架层上的扩散速度越快,有利于爽滑剂和骨架层的快速一体成型,而越是远离骨架层,油基棕榈酰胺的浓度设置的越低,能够避免爽滑层和骨架发生融合的现象,导致爽滑剂从薄膜的表面流失,保证了PE隔离膜的爽滑性能。
3、本发明提供了一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,骨架层选择PE颗粒,PE隔离膜在成型时,在和油基棕榈酰胺浓度为85%的爽滑剂进行融合时,三层共挤设备中的温度为80-120℃,在和油基棕榈酰胺浓度为80%的爽滑剂进行融合时,三层共挤设备中的温度为100-140℃,在和油基棕榈酰胺浓度为75%的爽滑剂进行融合时,三层共挤设备中的温度为150-170℃,在上述过程中,PE颗粒在不同的温度下经过三次混炼,结构更为紧密,提高了骨架层的强度。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
本发明提供了一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其结构包括骨架层以及设置在所述骨架层上下两面的爽滑层,爽滑层采用油基棕榈酰胺制备而成,爽滑层在越靠近骨架层时,油基棕榈酰胺的浓度越高,在生产PE隔离膜时,优先配比若干份不同浓度的爽滑剂,最后将爽滑剂依据浓度的大小,从高到低依次和骨架层在三层共挤设备中一体挤压成型。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述爽滑剂包括开口剂、油基棕榈酰胺以及分散剂。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述爽滑剂一共三份,油基棕榈酰胺的浓度依次为75%、80%、85%。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述骨架层分别和三份爽滑剂挤压成型的温度依次为80-120℃、100-140℃、150-170℃。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述骨架层为PE颗粒。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述分散剂的数均分子量为3000-5000,熔点为100-108℃。
在本发明中,作为优选方案,上述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡。

在本发明中,骨架层选择PE颗粒,PE隔离膜在成型时,在和油基棕榈酰胺浓度为85%的爽滑剂进行融合时,三层共挤设备中的温度为80-120℃,在和油基棕榈酰胺浓度为80%的爽滑剂进行融合时,三层共挤设备中的温度为100-140℃,在和油基棕榈酰胺浓度为75%的爽滑剂进行融合时,三层共挤设备中的温度为150-170℃,在上述过程中,PE颗粒在不同的温度下经过三次混炼,结构更为紧密,提高了骨架层的强度。

1.一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其结构包括骨架层以及设置在所述骨架层上下两面的爽滑层,其特征在于:所述爽滑层采用油基棕榈酰胺制备而成,所述爽滑层在越靠近所述骨架层时,所述油基棕榈酰胺的浓度越高,在生产PE隔离膜时,优先配比若干份不同浓度的爽滑剂,最后将所述爽滑剂依据浓度的大小,从高到低依次和所述骨架层在三层共挤设备中一体挤压成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其特征在于:所述爽滑剂包括开口剂、油基棕榈酰胺以及分散剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其特征在于:所述爽滑剂一共三份,油基棕榈酰胺的浓度依次为75%、80%、85%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其特征在于:所述骨架层分别和三份爽滑剂挤压成型的温度依次为80-120℃、100-140℃、150-170℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其特征在于:所述骨架层为PE颗粒。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其特征在于:所述分散剂的数均分子量为3000-5000,熔点为100-108℃。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防黏功能的PE隔离膜,其特征在于:所述开口剂为空心玻璃微珠,所述空心玻璃微珠的平均粒径为5-10um。
