Abstract
Description
図1及び図2の装置は、板ガラス対の板ガラス2を予加熱するよう作用する予加熱炉1を有する。板ガラス2は、この予加熱炉1を通ってローラ3上を進むが、これらローラ3間の間隔は予加熱炉の出口領域では短くなっており、その理由は、加熱された板ガラス2が変形するおそれがあるため、より集中的な支持が必要になるためである。
Claims (14)
- 板ガラスを予加熱し、その後プレス曲げ加工し、最後に冷却する、積層ウィンドウを製造するための非対称板ガラス対の板ガラスの処理方法において、
2個の前記板ガラスが、前記プレス曲げ加工を完了した後で実質的に同じ温度になるように、前記予加熱処理及び前記プレス曲げ加工の双方又はいずれか一方を制御することを特徴とする板ガラスの処理方法。 - 前記プレス曲げ加工の完了後における前記板ガラスの温度を、制御パラメータとして検出する請求項1に記載の板ガラスの処理方法。
- 前記プレス曲げ加工の開始前における前記板ガラスの温度を、制御パラメータとして検出する請求項1又は2に記載の板ガラスの処理方法。
- 加熱されるのが早い板ガラスを、加熱されるのが遅い板ガラスより長時間に亘り曲げ加工する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラスの処理方法。
- 前記予加熱処理中又はその直後に、加熱されるのが早い板ガラスを中間冷却する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の板ガラスの処理方法。
- 前記中間冷却処理を、前記板ガラスの両面に周囲環境温度の空気をブローすることにより行う請求項5に記載の板ガラスの処理方法。
- 前記空気を、200mbarより低いブロー圧でブローする請求項6に記載の板ガラスの処理方法。
- 積層ガラスを製造するための非対称板ガラス対の板ガラス(2)を処理する装置であって、予加熱炉(1)と、その後のプレス曲げステーション(4)と、このプレス曲げステーション(4)の下流の徐冷炉(9)とを有する当該装置において、
前記予加熱炉(1)及び前記プレス曲げステーション(4)の双方又はいずれか一方を制御するための制御装置(16)と、前記プレス曲げステーション(4)及び前記徐冷炉(9)間に設けた前記板ガラス(2)用の少なくとも1個の第1温度測定点(11)とを有し、この第1温度測定点からの信号を前記制御装置(16)に供給し、これを用いて前記予加熱炉(1)及び前記プレス曲げステーション(4)の双方又はいずれか一方を直接的又は間接的に制御することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記プレス曲げステーション(4)の前に第2温度測定点(14)を設け、この第2温度測定点(14)からの信号を前記制御装置(16)に供給し、これを前記プレス曲げステーション(4)の出口における板ガラス(2)の温度の間接測定値として用いて、前記予加熱炉(1)及び前記プレス曲げステーション(4)の双方又はいずれか一方を制御する請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記予加熱炉(1)内に設けた中間冷却部(12,13)を有し、この中間冷却部(12,13)は、前記制御装置(16)により、加熱されるのが早い板ガラス(2)に対してのみ作動する請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 前記中間冷却部を固定空気冷却部として構成し、この中間冷却部が、前記板ガラスの送出方向に直角に配置した互いに対向する少なくとも1対の噴出管(12,13)であって、加熱されるのが早い板ガラスの上面及び下面に作用する当該噴出管(12,13)を有する請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記噴出管(12,13)の直径は、約40mm〜60mmである請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記予加熱炉を、炉の出口に向かって搬送ローラ(3)間の間隔が短くなるローラ床炉として構成し、噴出管の対(12,13)又は噴出管の対が複数ある場合には前記出口に最も近い噴出管の対(12,13)を、下方の噴出管(12)が、隣接する2個の搬送ローラ(3)間に丁度嵌合するような位置に設ける請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
- タイミング制御素子(15)を設け、このタイミング制御素子(15)により、前記プレス曲げステーション(4)における板ガラス(2)のドウェル時間を、前記第1及び第2温度測定点(11,14)で測定した前記プレス曲げステーション(4)の出口における板ガラス(2)の温度に応じて設定する請求項8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
