人工器官分岐部であって、前期分岐部を通って伸張する分岐管腔を備えており、前記分岐管腔は、前記胴部管腔と前記吻合部を通して流体連通しており、前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部に沿って長手方向で且つ前記人工器官胴部の周方向に配置されている、人工器官分岐部と、を備えている管腔内人工器官。 - 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部の周囲の少なくとも約4分の1に亘って前記人工器官胴部の周りに伸張している、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部の周囲の少なくとも約2分の1に亘って前記人工器官胴部の周りに伸張している、請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部の周囲の少なくとも約3分の2に亘って前記人工器官胴部の周りに伸張している、請求項3に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部に沿って長手方向に約10mm以上に亘って伸張している、請求項1に記載の人工器官。

- 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部に沿って長手方向に約50mm以上に亘って伸張している、請求項7に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部に沿って長手方向に約50mm以上に亘って伸張している、請求項8に記載の人工器官。
- 前記分岐部管腔は、前記人工器官胴部の外側をその長手方向且つ周方向に配置されている、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記分岐部管腔は、前記人工器官胴部の内側をその長手方向且つ周方向に配置されている、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部の前記吻合部に対して先端方向の1箇所で、人口器官胴部に付着されている、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部の前記吻合部に対して先端方向の複数の箇所で人工器官胴部に付着されている、請求項13に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部の前記吻合部に対して基端方向の1箇所で人工器官胴部に付着されている、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部の前記吻合部に対して先端方向の複数の箇所で人工器官胴部に付着されている、請求項15に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、基端口と先端口を備えている、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記基端口は漏斗状である、請求項17に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部の前記基端口の直径は、前記先端口よりも大きくされている、請求項17に記載の人工器官。
- 前記基端口には斜角が付けられている、請求項17に記載の人工器官。
- 第2人工器官分岐部を更に備えており、前記第2人工器官分岐部は、その中を通って伸張する第2分岐管腔を有しており、前記第2分岐管腔は、前記胴部管腔と第2吻合部を通して流体連通しており、前記第2人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部の周りに長手方向及且つ周方向に配置されている、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 第2人工器官分岐部を更に備えており、前記第2人工器官分岐部は、その中を通って伸張する第2分岐管腔を有しており、前記第2分岐管腔は、前記胴部管腔と第2吻合部を通して流体連通しており、前記第2人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部の周りに長手方向且つ円周方向に配置されている、請求項8に記載の人工器官。
- 前記両人工器官分岐部は、前記人工器官胴部に対して先端方向に血液の短絡路を形成する、請求項22に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部に接続され、これと流体連通している分岐伸長部を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記人工器官分岐部は、20度よりも大きなアクセス角度を有している、請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 前記アクセス角度は、60度よりも大きい、請求項25に記載の人工器官。

前記人工器官分岐部を前記人工器官胴部に取り付けてらせん状の流体通路を提供する段階と、から成る方法。 - 管腔内人工器官へのアクセス角度を大きくする方法において、
