Claims (23)
- 体内プロテーゼデバイス(1)であって、近位部分(11)と遠位部分(13)とを含む長さを有し、かつ前記近位部分と前記遠位部分との間に可撓性部分を有する管状本体(3)と、前記管状本体から横方向に延びる、少なくとも1つの長さ調節可能なドッキングブランチ(5)と、を備える、体内プロテーゼデバイス(1)。
- 前記管状本体上に配置され、かつ前記少なくとも1つの長さ調節可能なドッキングブランチ(5)へのアクセスを可能にするように構成された、少なくとも1つのアクセスブランチ(7)を備える、請求項1に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 前記管状本体の前記近位部分(11)および前記遠位部分(13)の少なくとも1つがステント(15)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 前記管状本体の前記近位部分(11)および前記遠位部分(13)がそれぞれステント(15)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの長さ調節可能なドッキングブランチ(5)が、その調節可能な長さの少なくとも一部分にわたって捲縮布を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 前記捲縮布が延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(ePTFE)またはポリエステルを含む、請求項5に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 前記長さ調節可能なドッキングブランチ(5)が一連のセクションを含む長さを有し、各セクションが、ユーザによって握られ得るタブを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 前記長さ調節可能なドッキングブランチ(5)が一連のセクションを含む長さを有し、各セクションが、ユーザによって握られ得るループ(17)を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 前記タブまたは前記ループが、ポリエステル織物、ポリエチレンまたはePTFEなどの生体適合性材料で作られている、請求項7または8に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 前記管状本体(3)から少なくとも1つの補助ブランチ(7)が延びている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 空気除去、フラッシングおよび灌流のうちの少なくとも1つを可能にするための一体型の弁(115)を備える、請求項10に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス。
- 血管グラフトモジュール式アセンブリであって、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の体内プロテーゼデバイス(1)と、管状分岐体(36)と、を備え、前記管状分岐体(36)は、近位ステント部分(39)と遠位ステント部分(41)とを含む長さを有し、前記近位ステント部分(39)と前記遠位ステント部分(41)との間に可撓性部分を有し、かつ前記体内プロテーゼデバイス(1)のドッキングブランチ(5)と接続して前記血管グラフトモジュール式アセンブリを形成するようにするように構成されている、血管グラフトモジュール式アセンブリ。
- 前記管状分岐体(36)が横方向に延びるアクセスブランチ(37)を有する、請求項12に記載の血管グラフトモジュール式アセンブリ。
- 前記管状分岐体(36)を複数備え、当該管状分岐体は、前記体内プロテーゼデバイスの対応するドッキングブランチ(5)および患者の脈管構造内の生来の血管とそれぞれ接続するように構成されている、請求項12または13に記載の血管グラフトモジュール式アセンブリ。
- 前記体内プロテーゼデバイスが少なくとも4つのドッキングブランチ(5)を有し、かつ前記血管グラフトモジュール式アセンブリが少なくとも4つの前記管状分岐体(37)を備える、請求項14に記載の血管グラフトモジュール式アセンブリ。
- モジュール式アセンブリ用のキット形態の血管グラフトであって、近位部分(11)と遠位部分(13)とを含む長さを有し、かつ前記近位部分と前記遠位部分との間に可撓性部分を有する管状本体(3)と、前記管状本体(3)から横方向に延びる、長さ調節可能な少なくとも1つのドッキングブランチ(5)と、複数の管状分岐体(36)であって、近位ステント部分(39)と遠位ステント部分(41)とを含む長さを有し、前記近位ステント部分と前記遠位ステント部分との間に可撓性部分を有し、かつ前記体内プロテーゼデバイス(1)のドッキングブランチ(5)と接続するように構成された、複数の管状分岐体(36)と、を備え、前記複数の管状分岐体(36)は、解剖学的なばらつきに備えて同じまたは異なる寸法の管状分岐体を含み、任意に先細長さ部分を有する、モジュール式アセンブリ用のキット形態の血管グラフト。
- 前記体内プロテーゼデバイス(1)を含む、請求項12に記載の血管グラフトモジュール式アセンブリ用の送達システムであって、内腔を通して送達するために管状分岐体(36)をコンパクトな形態に閉じ込めるためのシース(47)と、回収カプセル(81)および該回収カプセル(81)内に嵌合するように構成された圧入回収ピン(57)と、近位端および遠位端を有する回収ワイヤ(83)と、を備え、前記回収カプセル(81)および前記圧入回収ピン(57)の一方が前記シース(47)に取り付けられ、その他方が前記回収ワイヤ(83)の前記遠位端に取り付けられ、前記回収ワイヤ(83)の前記近位端が前記システムのユーザに利用可能である、送達システム。
- 前記圧入回収ピン(57)が前記シース(47)に取り付けられ、前記回収カプセル(81)が前記回収ワイヤ(83)に取り付けられている、請求項17に記載の送達システム。
- 前記圧入回収ピン(81)は、対応する凹部内に捕捉されることを可能にする形状、例えば、実質的にボール形状、弾丸形状または矢尻形状のうちの1つの形状である頭部を有し、前記頭部は、前記回収カプセル内への圧入中に該頭部のある程度の圧縮を可能にし、前記頭部が前記回収カプセルの対応する凹部内に位置するときに該頭部の弾性的拡張を可能にする、弾性材料から作られている、請求項17または18に記載の送達システム。
- 前記回収カプセル(81)が、ドッキングブランチ内に密閉密着嵌合を形成するように構成された外壁を有する回収カプセルアセンブリの一部である、請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載の送達システム。
- 前記送達システムが、送達シャフト(103)上に送達可能な少なくとも1つの取り外し可能な弁(113)と、一体型の弁(115)と、を備える、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の、血管グラフトモジュール式アセンブリ用の送達システム。
- 前記取り外し可能な弁(113)が、前記送達シャフト(103)に取り付けられた枢動スロット付きハウジング(101)のC字型クランプ部分(105)を備え、前記C字型クランプ部分(105)は、前記送達シャフト(103)上に配置された布地管状体を締め付けるように構成されている、請求項21に記載の送達システム。
- 前記枢動スロット付きハウジング(101)が、前記送達シャフト用のハンドルとして機能し、かつ前記送達シャフト(103)上に送達可能な一体型の弁(115)を送達目的のためにその中に配置することができる内部チャンバを有する、請求項21または請求項22に記載の送達システム。
