Claims (10)
- 検知部を用いて滅菌剤の浸透特性を検証する工程試験器具であって、前記検知部(24)にインジケータ(26)を収納し、前記インジケータは気体採取部(4)を介して滅菌器内缶に連通しており、前記気体採取部は複数の層(12,14,16)を有し、かつ、相互に隣接する前記各層(12,14,16)間で、前記検知部(24)に向かう方向に断面積と容積とが減少するよう構成されていることを特徴とする、工程試験器具。
- 相互に隣接する前記各層(12,14,16)間で、前記検知部(24)に向かう方向に断面積が50%ないしは75%減少している、請求項1に記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記検知部(24)に隣接する前記気体採取部(4)の断面積が、1ないしは200mm2である、請求項1または2に記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記検知部(24)に隣接する前記気体採取部(4)の経路長が10cm、好ましくは約30ないしは100cmである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記気体採取部(4)の1つの層(14)が、前記気体採取部(4)の別の層(16)の中に配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記気体採取部(4)の前記別の層(16)が、前記1つの層(14)の次の層であって、前記1つの層(14)を内包する外殻(30)により形成されている、請求項5に記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記気体採取部(4)の1つの層(14)が、気体採取部(4)の別の層の外殻(30)の周囲に形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記気体採取部(4)の少なくとも1つの層(14,16)が、多孔質の素材(34)で満たされている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記検知部(24)容積が500μL未満となるよう選択されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記インジケータ(26)として、化学的または生物学的インジケータが使用されている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
