Claims (12)
- 検知部を用いて滅菌剤の浸透特性を検証する工程試験器具であって、前記検知部(24)にインジケータ(26)が収納され、前記インジケータは気体採取容積部(4)を介して滅菌器内缶に連通しているものにおいて、前記気体採取容積部が複数の段(12,14,16)で構成され、かつ、相互に隣接する前記各段(12,14,16)間で、前記検知部(24)に向かう方向に断面積と容積とが減少するように構成されていることを特徴とする、工程試験器具。
- 相互に隣接する前記各段(12,14,16)間で、前記検知部(24)に向かう方向に断面積が50%ないしは75%減少している、請求項1に記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記検知部(24)に隣接する前記気体採取容積部(4)の断面積が、1ないしは200mm2である、請求項1または2に記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記検知部(24)に隣接する前記気体採取容積部(4)の経路長が、少なくとも10cmである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記検知部(24)に隣接する前記気体採取容積部(4)の経路長が、30ないしは100cmである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記気体採取部(4)の1つの段(14)が、前記気体採取容積部(4)の別の段(16)の中に配置されている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記気体採取容積部(4)の前記別の段(16)が、前記1つの段(14)の次の段であって、前記1つの段(14)を内包する外殻(30)により形成されている、請求項6に記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記気体採取容積部(4)の1つの段(14)が、気体採取容積部(4)の別の段の外殻(30)の周囲に形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記気体採取容積部(4)の少なくとも1つの段(14,16)が、多孔質の素材(34)で満たされている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記検知部(24)の容積が500μL未満となるよう選択されている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記インジケータ(26)として、化学的または生物学的インジケータが使用されている、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
- 前記検知部(24)が、前記気体採取容積部(4)の外部に開閉可能な蓋(22)を備え、前記気体採取容積部(4)の外部から前記検知部(24)にインジケータ(26)を直接収納可能である、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の工程試験器具。
