式(I)のα‐アミノアセトフェノンの酢酸ブチル中の10%溶液 1.1pbw

Claims (20)
- スプレーノズル及び少なくとも一つの化学照射線出口を有する、コーティングを施与するためのスプレーガンにおいて、少なくとも一つの化学照射線出口が外部に配置されており、かつ該照射線出口及びスプレーノズルが、コーティングされるべき基体に同時に向けることができることを特徴とするスプレーガン。
- 化学照射線の平均的伝播方向とノズルにおけるコーティングの平均的流れ方向との間の角度が90度未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスプレーガン。
- 化学照射線の平均的伝播方向とノズルにおけるコーティングの平均的流れ方向との間の角度が45度未満であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のスプレーガン。
- 少なくとも一つの化学照射線出口及びノズルが、化学照射線とスプレーノズルのスプレー領域との間の重なりを許すように互いに方向付けることができることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のスプレーガン。
- スプレーガンがエアースプレーガンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のスプレーガン。
- スプレーガンが自動化されたコーティングシステムの一部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のスプレーガン。
- 少なくとも一つの化学照射線出口がUV‐A照射線出口であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のスプレーガン。
- 化学照射線が点源により提供されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のスプレーガン。
- 少なくとも一つの化学照射線出口が、光ガイドにより化学照射線源に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のスプレーガン。
- 化学照射線が、少なくとも一つのUV光放出ダイオード(UV‐LED)により提供されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のスプレーガン。
- 複数のUV‐LEDがUV‐LEDアレイ中で一緒にグループ化されていることを特徴とする請求項10記載のスプレーガン。
- 化学照射線により少なくとも部分的に硬化可能であるところのコーティング組成物を施与する方法において、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のスプレーガンが使用されることを特徴とする方法。
- コーティングを施与した後に、新たに施与されたコーティング層が更に化学照射線により照射されることを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
- 化学照射線により少なくとも部分的に硬化可能であるところのコーティング組成物として、光潜伏性塩基及び塩基触媒された重合性又は硬化性物質を含む組成物が使用されることを特徴とする請求項12又は13記載の方法。
- 光潜伏性塩基が、任意的にアルキルエーテル及び/又はアルキルエステル基により置換されていてもよい4‐(オルト‐ニトロフェニル)ジヒドロピリジン、第四級有機ホウ素光開始剤、並びにα‐アミノアセトフェノンから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つのポリイソシアネート及び少なくとも一つのチオール基を含む少なくとも一つの化合物を含む塩基触媒された硬化性物質が使用されることを特徴とする請求項14〜16のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 化学照射線により少なくとも部分的に硬化可能であるところのコーティング組成物が、クリアコート又はトップコート組成物であることを特徴とする請求項12〜17のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- クリアコートが多層ラッカー系において一層を形成することを特徴とする請求項18記載の方法。
- 自動車又は大型輸送手段の仕上げ又は再仕上げのために適用されることを特徴とする請求項12〜19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
