Abstract
Description
ここに示された本発明の実施形態の場合、非シンクロメッシュ式後進段を利用している自動変速機においてクラッチ作用点の決定が行われる、ことから出発している。そのような変速機の構成は、決して特異ではなく普通である。なぜならば、係合過程および解除過程が自動的に進行する変速機においては正に、速度段切換過程が、後進段用の同期装置に対する追加的製造費が問題なしに省けるように繊細に制御して進行されるからである。
Claims (9)
- 非シンクロメッシュ式後進段付き自動変速機のクラッチの係合行程においてクラッチがトルク伝達を開始する点(作用点)を決定する方法において、
クラッチによって伝達されるトルクが、シフトスリーブ(1)のスプラインギヤ歯(3)と後進段歯車のクラッチ体(2)のスプラインギヤ歯(4)との歯端面どうしの当接状態においてシフトスリーブ(1)のスプラインギヤ歯(3)を後進段歯車のクラッチ体(2)のスプラインギヤ歯(4)に対して相対移動するために十分な大きさとなるクラッチ係合行程中の点として、作用点が決定される、ことを特徴とする自動変速機のクラッチの作用点を決定する方法。 - 以下の手順段階を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法:
− クラッチを解放する(段階10)、
− 変速機入力軸ないし変速機副軸を制動するためにシンクロメッシュ式速度段を締結し、続いて解除する(段階20)、
− 後進段歯車に結合された後進段クラッチ体に当たるまで、後進段シフトスリーブを変速機軸上で移動する(段階30)、
− 後進段シフトスリーブが後進段クラッチ体にかみ合って後進段が締結されたか否を調査する(段階40)、
− 後進段が締結されたとき、作用点決定終了段階90に移行する、
− 後進段が締結されていないとき、クラッチを所定の作用点まで係合移動させる(段階50)、
− 後進段シフトスリーブが後進段クラッチ体にかみ合って後進段が締結されたか否を調査する(段階60)、
− 後進段がまだ締結されていないとき、クラッチをさらに係合移動させ(段階70)、後進段締結調査段階60に移行する、
− 後進段が締結されたとき、クラッチ作用点ないしクラッチ作用点までの変位調整距離を記憶する(段階80)、
− 作用点決定を終了する(段階90)、あるいは
− この方法をあらためて実施するために、後進段を解除し、第1段階10に移行する(段階100)。 - クラッチの係合が、少なくとも後進段締結調査段階60において小刻みなステップで行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 車両の停止中およびエンジンの運転中に実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 変速機選択装置ないし変速機切換装置におけるセンサから制御・調整装置に、変速機が無負荷運転ないし運転段(N)に切り換えねばならないことが伝えられたとき、ないし変速機が既に無負荷運転位置にあるときに、実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 個々の後進段締結過程ごとに実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 具体的な後進段締結過程の実施とは無関係に、周期的ないし非周期的な間隔で実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 周期が時間ないし走行距離に基づいている、ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 制御・調整装置に他の変速比変更過程についての要件が伝えられたとき、直ちに中断される、ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
