Claims (23)
- 圧送室があるカセットを有する医用ポンプの動作状態を判断する方法であって、
位置センサでポンプサイクルを監視することと、
ポンプサイクルの少なくとも一部で、流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖することと、
室が閉鎖されている間に、圧送室を加圧し、1つの圧力センサから複数の圧力データ値を取得することと、
ポンプの動作状態を判断するように、圧力データ値を処理することとを含む方法。 - 判断される動作状態が正常、漏れタイプ、または空気ストロークである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 圧送室があるカセットを有する医用ポンプの動作状態を判断する方法であって、
位置センサでポンプサイクルを監視することと、
ポンプサイクルの特定の部分で、所定の試験時間について試験タイマを始動することと、
ポンプサイクルの特定部分の少なくとも一部で、流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖することと、
試験時間の第1部分で、1つの圧力センサから複数の圧力基準値を取得することと、
基準値を平均することによって、圧力固定値を計算して、記憶することと、
圧力センサから圧力データ値を取得することと、
データ値から固定値を引くことによって、結果の値を計算し、記憶することと、
所定の試験時間が満了するまで、圧力データ値を取得するステップと、結果の値を計算して、記憶するステップとを繰り返すことと、
結果の値を平均することによって、試験値を計算することと、
ポンプの動作状態を判断するように、試験値を所定の閾値と比較することとを含む方法。 - 判断される動作状態が、正常なタイプ、漏れタイプ、または空気ストロークである請求項3に記載の方法。
- さらに、計算ステップを実行する前に、圧力基準値および圧力データ値を平滑化するステップを含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- ポンプサイクルの特定の部分が、システム変動感度を低下させるように調節される請求項3に記載の方法。
