Claims (21)
- 医用ポンプの動作状態を判断する方法であって、圧送室があるカセットが医用ポンプに接続され、医用ポンプが、位置センサと、単一の圧力センサと、試験タイマと、処理ユニットと、メモリを有し、処理ユニットが、
位置センサでポンプサイクルを監視するステップと、
ポンプサイクルの特定の部分で、所定の試験時間について試験タイマを始動するステップと、
ポンプサイクルの特定部分の少なくとも一部で、流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖するステップと、
試験時間の第1部分で、単一の圧力センサから複数の圧力基準値を取得するステップと、
基準値を平均することによって、圧力固定値を計算して、メモリに記憶するステップと、
圧力センサから圧力データ値を取得するステップと、
データ値から固定値を引くことによって、結果の値を計算し、メモリに記憶するステップと、
所定の試験時間が満了するまで、圧力データ値を取得するステップと、結果の値を計算して、記憶するステップとを繰り返すステップと、
結果の値を平均することによって、試験値を計算するステップと、
ポンプの動作状態を判断するように、試験値を所定の閾値と比較するステップを、実行する、方法。 - 判断される動作状態が、正常なタイプ、漏れタイプ、または空気ストロークである請求項1に記載の方法。
- さらに、処理ユニットが、計算ステップを実行する前に、圧力基準値および圧力データ値を平滑化するステップを実行する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポンプサイクルの特定の部分が、システム変動感度を低下させるように調節される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 試験時間の第1部分が、処理ユニットが、ポンプサイクルの特定の部分で試験タイマを始動するステップと、圧力データ値を取得するステップとを実行する間の遅延を短縮するように調節される請求項1に記載の方法。

先行圧力データ値を新しい圧力データ値から引いて、結果を獲得し、結果に加重値を掛けて、積を獲得し、積を先行性能指数に加算することによって、新しい性能指数値を計算し、メモリに記憶するステップと、
所定の試験時間が満了するまで、新しい圧力データ値を取得するステップと、新しい性能指数値を計算して、記憶するステップとを繰り返すステップと、
ポンプの動作状態を判断するように、新しい性能指数値を所定の閾値と比較するステップを、実行する、方法。 - 判断される動作状態が正常なタイプ、漏れタイプ、または空気ストロークである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- さらに、処理ユニットが、計算ステップを実行する前に、圧力基準値および圧力データ値を平滑化するステップを実行する、請求項15に記載の方法。
