Description
Claims (22)
- 圧送室を有するカセットで使用する医用ポンプであって、
圧送サイクル中に圧送室を断続的に加圧するように構成された圧送要素と、
圧送室が圧送要素によって加圧されている場合、ポンプサイクルの少なくとも一部の間に、流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖する手段と、
圧送要素が圧送室に加える圧力を検出するように、動作可能な状態で圧送要素に接続された1つの圧力センサとを備える医用ポンプ。 - 前記手段が、圧送室が圧送要素によって加圧されている場合、ポンプサイクルの少なくとも一部の間に、流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖するように構成された入口制御要素と出口制御要素と、圧送室が圧送要素によって加圧されている場合、ポンプサイクルの少なくとも一部の間に、流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖するように、圧送要素、入口制御要素、および出口制御要素に関連するカムシャフトとを含む請求項1に記載の医用ポンプ。
- さらに、圧力センサと電子的に通信する処理ユニットを含み、処理ユニットが、圧力センサからの圧力データを処理して、ポンプの動作状態を判断する請求項1に記載の医用ポンプ。
- 判断される動作状態が、遮断された流体の流れ、ライン内に流体がないこと、ポンプに関連するカセットがないこと、適切なポンプのプライミング、または適切な弁の密封である請求項3に記載の医用ポンプ。
- さらに、処理ユニットと電子的に通信し、動作可能な状態で圧送要素と関連して、圧送要素の位置を検出する位置センサを含み、処理ユニットが、位置センサからの位置データを処理して、入り圧力データをポンプサイクルの特定の部分に関連させる請求項3に記載の医用ポンプ。
- 圧送要素が、本体に接続されたピストンヘッドを有するピストンスライダアセンブリを含み、ピストンヘッドが、圧送室と接触するような構成であり、1つの圧力センサが、ピストンヘッドと本体との間で圧送要素に接続される請求項1に記載の医用ポンプ。
- 圧送室を有するカセットで使用する医用ポンプであって、
圧送サイクル中に圧送室を断続的に加圧するように構成されたピストンスライダアセンブリを含む圧送要素を備え、ピストンスライダアセンブリが、本体に接続されたピストンヘッドを有し、ピストンヘッドが、圧送室に接触するような構成であり、
圧力センサがピストンヘッドと本体の間で圧送要素に接続されて、圧送要素が圧送室に加える圧力を検出する医用ポンプ。 - ピストンスライダアセンブリが、本体を貫通するボアを含み、力をポンプモータから圧送要素へと伝達する表面を提供する請求項7に記載の医用ポンプ。
- ピストンスライダアセンブリが、ピストンスライダアセンブリをポンプハウジングと滑動自在に結合できるようにするスライダ要素を含む請求項7に記載の医用ポンプ。
- さらに、圧力センサと電子的に通信する処理ユニットを含み、処理ユニットが、圧力センサからの圧力データを処理して、ポンプの動作状態を判断する請求項7に記載の医用ポンプ。
- 判断される動作状態が、遮断された流体の流れ、ライン内に流体がないこと、ポンプに関連するカセットがないこと、適切なポンプのプライミング、または適切な弁の密封である請求項10に記載の医用ポンプ。

- さらに、圧送室が圧送要素によって加圧されている場合、ポンプサイクルの少なくとも一部の間に、流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖するように構成された入口制御要素と出口制御要素と、圧送室が圧送要素によって加圧されている場合、ポンプサイクルの少なくとも一部の間に、流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖するように、圧送要素、入口制御要素、および出口制御要素に関連するカムシャフトとを含む請求項7に記載の医用ポンプ。
- 圧力センサが力センサであり、医用ポンプに含まれる唯一の圧力センサである請求項7に記載の医用ポンプ。
- 圧送室を有するカセットで使用する医用ポンプであって、
圧送サイクル中に圧送室を断続的に加圧するように構成された圧送要素と、
流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖するように構成された入口制御要素および出口制御要素と、
圧送室が圧送要素によって加圧されている場合、ポンプサイクルの少なくとも一部の間に、流れに対して圧送室を閉鎖するように、圧送要素、入口制御要素、および出口制御要素に関連するカムシャフトと、
動作可能な状態で圧送要素に接続されて、圧送要素が圧送室に加える圧力を検出する圧力センサとを備える医用ポンプ。 - さらに、圧力センサと電子的に通信する処理ユニットを含み、処理ユニットが、圧力センサからの圧力データを処理して、ポンプの動作状態を判断する請求項16に記載の医用ポンプ。
- 判断される動作状態が、遮断された流体の流れ、ライン内に流体がないこと、ポンプに関連するカセットがないこと、適切なポンプのプライミング、または適切な弁の密封である請求項17に記載の医用ポンプ。
