Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove the influence of variation in atmospheric pressure and variation in gas feeding ability by investigating the pressure difference of gas fed forcibly into a container for a certain time. CONSTITUTION:When a bottle pusher 3a contacts the mouth of the container 1, a gas pump 11 injects and discharge air into and from the container 1. A pressure sensor 13 which detects the pressure in the bottle pusher 3a (in the container 1) is connected to an arithmetic means 10 which controls an elevation device 12 for elevating the bottle pusher 3a and a gas pump 11. The pressure value at the time of forcible feeding is stored as 1st pressure, the pressure in the container after the container is left in a pressure state for a certain time is measured as 2nd pressure, and the difference between the 1st pressure and 2nd pressure is calculated by the arithmetic means 10 and compared with a specific value. Consequently, even if the pressure at the time of the gas charging deviates from a prescribed pressure value, the reliability of measurement is improved.
